 • Admission procedure of patients

illnesses.

medications.

and wound infection.
• Encouraging the patient to do post-operative exercises and early
ambulation.
• Assisting in Tracheotomy, Central Venous Access, and Endotracheal
Intubations.
• ECG, nasogastric & orogastric feeding,IV cannulation, specimen
collection,blood extraction and urinary catheter insertion.
• Assessing, planning and implementing care based on patients needs
then evaluate nursing care rendered.
• Monitoring and record intake and output.
• Carrying out doctors order and administering parentral medication and
Intravenous fluids.
