CS Touch an Android and iOS based Mobile Application for ICSI -The Institute of
Company Secretaries of India with Web based Content Management System. This App is
focused for Students, Members and Normal Users.

User can open the CMS admin panel by using following URL:

http://97.74.6.119/ICSI
1. Login Screen:

Login screen is the first screen of admin panel. Admin have to enter their credentials
for login. Please use the following admin credentials.

Admin credentials.
Username: admin

Password: admin

After the successful login, admin will enter into the CMS dashboard

2. Dashboard:

After login following Dashboard will be displayed to the admin. All the options of the
CMS will be available on the Dashboard. Admin can choose any of the following
options.

3. Announcement:

In announcement tab there are two options available.

a) Add Announcement: Admin can post the new announcement by entering


the following details.
a. Title: Title of the announcement.
b. Type: Select announcement type.
I. What’s New
II. For Students
III. For Corporate Corner.
c. Region: Select the region of the announcement for which they want
to create.

d. Chapter: Select the chapter of the announcement for which they
want to create.
e. Description: Enter the detail content of announcement in text format.
f. Publish Date: Publish Date is when you want to publish any
announcement.
g. End Date: End date of the announcement.
h. Upload Image: Upload thumb image for the announcement.

After successfully entering the details, announcement will be created and displayed on
the mobile user.

b) View Announcement: Admin can view all the announcement list and
search any announcement by entering the text in the searchbox.

Following options are present on view announcement section.

a. Edit Announcement: Admin can edit any announcement by clicking on


the edit button. Admin can edit the following details of the announcement.
Title, Type, Description, Date, Image thumb.

b. Delete Announcement: Admin can delete any announcement
permanently from database by clicking on the delete option.

c. Change Announcement Status: If admin do not want to show any of the


announcement, so by click on the Inactive link admin can change the
status of the announcement from active mode to inactive mode so that
announcement will not be displayed to the user. Or if any inactive
announcement admin wants to change back from inactive mode to active
mode so by click on Active link, admin can change the status of the
announcement. Now announcement will be displayed to the user.

4. Events:

In events tab there are two options available.

a) Add Event: Admin can post the new event by entering the following
details.

a. Title: Enter title of the event.


b. Type: Select events from following type:

I. National Level
II. Regional Level

III. Chapter Level

c. Regional Officer: Select the region of the event


d. Chapter : Select the chapter of the event.
e. Description: Enter the detail content of announcement in
the text format.
f. Start Date: Select the start date of the event.
g. End Date: Select the end date of the event.
h. Publish Date : When user wants to publish the events.
i. Address: Enter the location of the event.
j. Remark : Remark of the events.
k. File Type:Two options present on this, if admin can add a
file by selecting add file radio button option or if admin
wants to enter an external url so he can choose add link
radio button option.

b) View Event: Admin can view all the events and search any event by the
search option.

Following options are present on the view event section.

a. Edit Event: Admin can edit any event by clicking on the edit button.
Admin can edit following details of the announcement. Title, Description,
start Date, End Date, Image thumb.

b. View enroll student list: Admin can view the entire student list that can
enroll any event by clicking on the view option from the list. Following
details of student will be present on the admin panel
i. Name
ii. Email
iii. Contact
iv. Address
v. Region
vi. Chapter
vii. Enroll date

c. Delete Event: Admin can delete any event permanently from the
database by clicking on the delete option.

d. Change Event Status: If admin do not want to show any event so by


clicking on the Inactive link admin can change the status of event from
active mode to inactive mode so that event will not be displayed to the
user. Or if any inactive event admin wants to change back from inactive
mode to active mode, so by clicking on the Active link admin can change
the status of the event. Now event will be displayed to the user.

5. Tender:
In tender tab there are two options available.
a) Add Tender: Admin can add new tender by entering the following
details.
I. Title: Title of the tender.
II. Upload tender doc: Admin can upload document of the tender.
III. Start date: Start date of tender.
IV. End date : End date of tender.

b) View tender: Admin can view all the tender list.

Following options are present on the view tender list option.

a. Edit Tender: Admin can edit any tender by clicking on the edit button.
Admin can change the title or document of the tender.
i. Start Date : Edit start date of tender.
ii. End Date : Edit end date of tender.
iii. Change Doc : Change document of tender.

b. View tender: Admin can check any tender by clicking on the document
icon.

c. Delete Tender: Admin can delete any tender permanently from the
database by clicking on the delete option.

d. Change tender Status: If admin do not want to show any tender so by


clicking on the Inactive link admin can change the status of the tender
from active mode to inactive mode so that tender will not be display to
the user. Or if any inactive tender admin wants to change back from
inactive mode to active mode. So by clicking on the Active link admin can
change the status of the tender. Now tender will be displayed to the user.

6. Message:

In message tab there are two options available. President message and Council
message.

a) President message: Admin can change the president message


document.

b) Council Message: Admin can change the following documents.

7. View Grievance:
Admin can check all the grievance from the admin panel. Following are the details of
the user.
I. Topic
II. Sub Topic
III. Name
IV. Email
V. Registration Number
VI. Comment
VII. Send date
VIII. Update date
IX. Closed date
X. Status
XI. Edit or Assign Grievance to respective Department

There is an option present on the view grievance.

If the user query solve by clicking on the completed link, admin can notify user by the
push notification and mail.

8. Faculty:
All faculty details.
a. Add Faculty : Add faculty of events.

I. Faculty Code: Add faculty code.


II. Faculty Name: Add name of the faculty.
III. Specializations: Add 5 specialization of the faculty.
IV. Phone: Enter contact number of the faculty.
V. Mobile: Add mobile number of the faculty.
VI. Email: Add email of the faculty
VII. Membership Number: Add membership number.
VIII. Remark: Faculty Remark.

b. View Faculty: View all the faculty list.

c. Edit Faculty: Edit faculty details.

d. Delete Faculty: Delete faculty permanently from the database.

e. Change Status: If you inactive the faculty, faculty name will not be shown
in the survey but in the database it will be available.
f. Export: All listed data can be export in excel format by clicking export
button.

9. Feedback:
Create Feedback of events.

a. Add Feedback: Create new Feedback.


i. Event Name: Select the name of the events which has been
closed.
ii. Event Code : Select the code of closed event.
iii. Location : Select the location of event so event name and event
code according to the selected location automatically listed on
event name ad event code.
iv. Faculty Name: Select the 5 faculty name.
v. Faculty Topic: According to faculty name there specialization are
listed in topic. Admin can select the multiple topic
for survey.

b. View Feedback: See all the Feedback created by the admin.

10. Media:
Manage the media details.

a. Add Media title: Admin can add the new media title or change the
existing title name.
i. Add new : By entering new title name in Add new title text
box ,admin can add new title.
ii. Edit : Admin can update the title name by entering new
title name in existing title box.
iii. Delete : Admin can delete the title by click on delete button
. Title subcategory and related product will also deleted.

b. Add media subtitle: By clicking on the plus icon, admin can add the new
category or edit the existing subcategory of the parent category.

c. Add Media details : By clicking on the add media details you can add the
new media details.
i. Media Category: Select category or subcategory.
ii. Media Title: Add title of the media.
iii. Description: Add description of the media.
iv. Upload: Upload document or add link.
v. Upload Image: Upload image of the media.

d. View Media details: View all the media list.

e. Edit Media details: Admin can edit the media details.

f. Delete Media : Delete media list permanently from the database.
g. Change Status: Admin can inactive any media data so that media details
will not be visible on the APP but will be present on the database.

11. ELibrary : Admin can add(Upload) e-bookusing this module.

a. Add Category : Admin can add new cetegory of e-library by entering


the name of category.

b. View category : All category created by admin will be listed on view
category
section.

i. Add E-Book : By click on any category name admin can


add e-book to corresponding category by enterging
following fields.

1. Title : Title of E-book.


2. Description : Description of e-book.
3. File type : Choose you want to upload a e-book
document or file place on another server so you can
provide like of the e-book locatiion.
4. Total Page : Provide number of pages of book.
5. Upload Image : Admin can upload image to
corresponding book.
6. Publish date : Date at which admin want to publish the
book.

ii. Edit e-library: By clicking on the edit button, admin can edit
any library.

iii. Delete e-library: By clicking on the delete option admin can


remove e-library data permanently from the database.
iv. Change status: By clicking on the inactive option, admin
can inactive any e-library so that file will not /be visible on
the app but will be present on database for further use.

12. Analytics : Admin can check all analytics of android and iphone .

a. View Analytics : Admin can view analytics like total number of registerd
user, total number of android registerd user, total
number of iphone registerd user, list of all user details.like
name, loginId,contact number,device type(iphone/Android).

b. Analytics Android : View all android analytics from google play store.

c. Analytics Iphone : View all iphone analytics from apple store.

13. Vission & Mission :Admin can edit the vision & mission details in this option.

14. Abou Us : Admin can update the text of about us page.

15. Photo Gallery : Admin can add ,edit, and delete the image.
a. Add Photo: Admin can upload photo and title from the admin panel.

I. Title : Enter the title of gallery.


II. Publish Date: Publish Date is when you want to publish gallery
images.
III. Start date : Start date of images.
IV. End Date: End date of the gallery images.

b. View Photo gallery: View all the photo list.(Title, start date, end date, upload
date,)

c. Edit Photo: Admin can change the photo. Admin can add new photo
in ant title or remove any photo from any gallery.

d. Delete Photo: Admin can delete any gallery from the database
permanently.
e. Change Status: Admin can inactive any image title so that image
gallery will not be visible on app but will be available on the database.

16. Video Gallery : Add video in galley.

a. Add video: Admin can upload video and title from the admin panel. By
providing link of the youtube video link or from any another
source link. Or enter the following details.

I. Title : Enter the title of gallery.


II. Publish Date: Publish Date is when you want to publish gallery
video.
III. Start date : Start date of video galley.
IV. End Date: End date of the video gallery.

b. View Video galley : Admin can view all video gallery list.

c. Edit Video: Admin can change the photo. Admin can add new photo
in ant title or remove any photo from tile.

d. Delete Video : Admin can delete any video link from the database
permanently.
e. Change Status: Admin can inactive any video so that video will not be
visible on app but will be available on the database.

17. Subadmin : Only admin have permission to create subadmin.


Admin can create any number of subadmin and provide them
privileges according to their Chapters and Regions.

a. Create Subadmin: Admin can create subadmin and provide the


privileges.

 Low permission subadmin can not add announcement, events of higher region.
 subadmin can add announcement, event of that region or chapter which region or
chapter he belongs or he have permission.
 subadmin can edit, delete announcement, event of that region or chapter which
region or chapter he belongs or he have permission.

 Subadmin can view all details by he can add, edit ,delete only those events,
announcement which he has permission.
 subadmin can only create our region or chapter survey.

b. View Subadmin: Admin can view list of all the subadmin.

c. Edit Subadmin: Admin can edit any subadmin permissions.

d. Delete Subadmin: Admin can delete subadmin permanently from


the database.
e. Change Status: Admin can inactive any subadmin account or
active any inactive account.
