WORK EXPERIENCE

 Worked as Civil QC inspector in KING SALMAN INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE Madinah

Saudi Arabia under Al-Maghrabi from February 2019 to july 2019

 Completed 4week of summer training in ZKB CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in Multan METRO BUS
project from august 2015 to September 2015

Quality Controller
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for administrating and maintaining of Project Quality plans (PQP).
 Responsible for all inspection activities for general, civil, mechanical, plumbing, painting Works Etc.
 Responsible for implementing Quality control instructions procedures SABIC codes and SABIC
standards.
 Responsible for the Preparation and Review of Quality control inspection and execution.
 Responsible for the total administration of the project in line with procedures. Attends and minutes
all project meetings. Maintains project master files. Handles all project communication with the
clients.
 Responsible for ensuring that the package for submittal to the client meets all client requirements.
 Prepares and coordinates the project schedule and maintains this throughout the project. Optimizes
the use of personnel to achieve the schedule. Forecasts and addresses deviations to schedule.
 Prepares all project reports required, internally and externally, with the assistance of Project Support
Services where required.
 Check all the materials delivered to the site i.e., steel, concrete, blocks, cement etc., as per approved
material log.
 To verify the activities of Civil & Structural Discipline.
 Preparation of daily and weekly progress reports, concrete logs, site instructions and SSR’s(internal
NCR).
 Responsible for ensuring by inspection and verification that Civil & Structural works are performed
in accordance with the Project requirements.
 To co-ordinate and provide expertise to ensure that the plant is built and will function in accordance
with the Project requirements
 Checking / review of all design drawings, review and comments of all structural shop drawings,
standards, project technical, specifications, Base design packages, submittal of material,
prequalification approval etc.,
 Conducting inspections, preparation of all civil, structural and architectural inspections and review
of previous inspection reports of Supervision of construction activities at site. Co-ordinate with all
discipline.
 Preparation of repair procedures & scope of work. Recommendations for the appropriate material to
be used at site.
 To monitor and inspect the construction and to ensure that it is done in accordance to the plan and
specification. Maintain a variety of Engineering and project files and records.
 Ensure that project construction activities are conducted in accordance with quality system, deal with
cost estimating on construction sites.
 Implement and maintain a filing system for all QC documentation, reports directly to section
manager. Propose corrective action and preventive measures for any non conforming items. Attend
progress, coordination and QA/QC meetings
 Review the Method of statement for the various conducted at site.
 Co-ordinate & expertise to ensure that the construction activities are performed in accordance with
the project Specification.
 Review & follow up Mechanical completion report.
 To co-ordinate with the Discipline supervisors on the Punch list items.
 Managing the Punch list items, issuing outstanding items to each discipline supervisor (both
Subcontractor & Contractor) on a daily basis.
 Co-ordinate System/Subsystem walks downs with Discipline supervisors, Engineering, Pre-
commissioning & the Clients.
 To verify test Certificates for Re-bars and other consumables utilized by the Contractor.
 Test certificate for the cement utilized in the manufacture of concrete to be used for each batch of
concrete.
 To verify conformity certificates for fine aggregate, coarse aggregate water, admixtures etc used in the
preparation of concrete from the supplier.
 Cylinder test report for the concrete used for each batch of concrete.
 Conducting tests as per specifications such as Compressive strength, Field density test (FDT) Pull off
test and Dry film thickness (DFT) etc.
