Comment on your leadership style based on the result of the quiz, “Know your leadership
style.” Indicate your score along the way in your write-up or video.

As for my own leadership style based on the quiz "Know your leadership style" is most likely
Democratic, Participative Leadership. I somehow scored 26/36 on the online quiz about
leadership style, as i'm reading different questions regarding on leadership style it made me
think for a minute because the choices are way more knowledgeable for me. I somehow
surprised about the result of it because it turns out that i can see myself on being a good and
productive leader for my team. For me as a leader i somehow look into my members different
abilities when it comes on their forte, because as for me i really don't like getting my own
members through a lot of conflict. Because i know that it can affect my own members, and as a
leader i don't want my own members to go through that kind of problem.

2. The video materials further discuss how to be a leader, the qualities and traits needed.
Draw up your own list of what the leader must possess and explain simply in 2 sentences.

As for me these are the qualities and traits that the leader must have.

 They are decisive.


 They're good at helping people.
 They take credit for it and also being accountable.
 They radiate positive energy.
 A leader must be also approachable.
 A leader also needs to be good at delegate tasks completely on their team.

For my own understanding, i somehow simplified that being a leader isn't just all about the
achievements we had also not about being assigned as a leader. Because for me, being a leader
can be present on every individual, everyone of us can be a leader we just need to know and
learn on how can we handle our tasks for our everyday work, that's why there are some
seminars that are open for people who wants to be molded on handling people, through that
we can really learn and possess the different positive traits that a leader must possess.

3. We lead first ourselves and only then we lead others. Taking cue from servant leadership,
where do you think your leadership style, qualities and traits will fit most in fulfilling a social
responsibility and doing service

Based on what i've watched from the different videos above. I personally think that the kind of
leadership style that will fit most in fulfilling a social responsibility and doing service is
Democratic, Participative Leadership. Because we all know that in fulfilling social responsibility
and doing service, they need to be assigned on their own forte to obtain different goals from
your team. A leader with this kind of leadership style will be most likely to survive and fulfill the
responsibilities on fulfilling a social responsibility and doing service. As for the traits that the
leader must possess on this task, a leader must always have a positive energy for his/her own
team. He/she will become an example to the team by releasing positive energy towards them.
Also a leader must be good at delagate tasks completely to his/her members, so that it will
avoid conflict for them and can work wholeheartedly. And lastly a leader must be approachable
and being accountable for their actions, because through this his/her members can reflect on
everything that they do. Being approachable is also a charm on being a leader, because through
this you will gain respect to your team and also become a good example when they have
questions towards on their given tasks.
