Sir,
We both have not followed any systematic processes for above said project , verbally there
was communication from you that on the name of your company you will quote rates what
ever may be negotiations you will manage everything . DX INFO SYSTEM PVT LTD Will
complete the task as per decided working modules ,functionality of these modules,required
training is the responsibility of dx info systems , as on today after six months our hard efforts
We had delivered six modules out of elevan modules ,feedback from all school is this
software is better than the previous one , now the question is what about of our payment as
we had deployd six modules most of schools /end user are working on this software then
you have to release our payment accordingly out of Rs .4,60000/- minimum fifty percent
which is RS 2,50000/- we had received RS.85000/- This amount is too low to work out
further processes as per your commitment you may receive payment from institute or not
you will make our payments
It is requested that first of all we will complete work order task hand over to each other then
you will release balance amount of fifty percent amount subtracting amount which we had
received, till date today we had delivered modules as per all required all cosmetic changes
with complete satisfaction of authority person of institute , catalog matching issue is not a
