Activity The teacher:


1. Guide the students in discussing the relevant of the course.
2. Elaborate the key concepts and common competencies.
3. Discuss the core competencies for entrepreneurship.
4. Explain the job opportunities for entrepreneurship.

The students:
1. Participate in the discussion by giving their insights about the
lesson.
2. Investigate job opportunities for career opportunities.
3. Identify the concepts and competencies of entrepreneurship.

Analysis After the given activity, the learners will be asked by the following
questions:

1. What is Entrepreneurship?
2. Who is Entrepreneur?
3. Classify the Entrepreneurial Competencies?
4. Identify possible problems face by entrepreneurs?
5. Enumerate Famous tips from successful business leaders of the
country.
Abstraction Most of economist and businesspeople agree that entrepreneurship is a
necessary component in encouraging economic growth. It also gives
employment opportunity to the increasing work force , and helps resolve
poverty in the society. An entrepreneur is an individual who plans,
organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking greater than normal
financial risks, psychic and social risks.
An Entrepreneurial Competencies refer to the fundamental
characteristics and traits possessed by successful entrepreneurs that made
them succeed in their chosen enterprise.
Entrepreneurship requires and demands a lot of hard work. An
entrepreneur must be willing to work long hours to ensure that every part
of the business is running smoothly. The more passionate the entrepreneur
is, the more initiatives, hard work, patience the entrepreneur will give for
the success of the business.

Application Group Agenda


1. Students will be grouped into 4
2. They will be asked to collect items in their community which are
considered waste or things which are not anymore usable.
3. The students will be challenge to create something useful out of the
things that they collected.
4. The students will be given 5 minutes per group to present their
work in class.
