PICHON Group strengthens its agricultural trailer range with the

acquisition of GILIBERT

PICHON, major actor of organic fertilizer spreading, has achieved a constant development since its
creation in 1970. PICHON pursues today its external growth strategy with the acquisition of the
company GILIBERT, based at Faramans, France.

The GILIBERT buyout allows PICHON group to complete its offer with agricultural and civil engineering
trailers to continue its strong development in the domestic and export markets.

The combination of PICHON and GILIBERT solutions offers the possibility to benefit from the expertise
of two specialists, now working on a shared dynamic in order to offer a wider range to distributors and
end users. Both companies have always had quality and technical improvement as shared values.

PICHON Group becomes the French leader in organic fertilization and a major European actor in
agricultural trailers.

About PICHON :
Created in 1970, PICHON Industries produces a range of solid and liquid organic fertilizer solutions as well as
handling equipment. Based near Brest, the company will move in summer 2016 to a new production site in
Landivisiau. The group employs 170 employees and also have a production site in Poland. The company reached
a turnover of 33 M€ in 2014 and actively develops its international presence selling now 40% of its 1 250 machines
to export markets.

About GILIBERT :
Created in 1950, GILIBERT Company, based near Lyon, is a French manufacturer of trailers, dump trailers, flat bed
trailers and manure spreaders. With 65 employees, GILIBERT produced 480 machines in 2014 for a 10 M€
turnover. Export sales represent 15% of the global turnover.
