1. Authors Note

In my independent writing, I decided to write an assurance and thank-you note for joining hands

between two companies in a contract that aimed at one organization catering for any deficit in a task

funded by a loan and act as a guarantor for the loans. The writing was:

1. A thank you note in my mind.

2. An assurance that one organization ought to give after making such a delicate contract. This

is bearing in mind that most often trusting some contracts to be valid and to be accomplished

as expected is often not easy and therefore an assurance note ought to be given.

I tried to use positive terms and a language that convinces the receiving end that it is actually true

that the contract will meet its objective without failure and that the other organization was totally

dedicated to the contract. The positive thing about this writing is that it uses a forward looking tone

in trying to explaining the expectations of the contract. Basing on the fact that the CEO is new to the

organization, I explained the terms of the contract in detail.

I want a feedback concerning the third paragraph because I doubt whether I really assured the CEO

of the contract meeting its obligation and making him/her trust the terms of the contract.

becomes insufficient, we will provide the outstanding amount and market your products as a way of

to follow up the contract.
