Journal 3.

For the third week, I had some new experience to be engaged more with in the school. I had
enjoyed some students work in the school, which is based on the future plan and expo2020.
Such as, chemistry week, expo café and science week. Students made some activities related to
each topic and they were so creative with those activities, in which they made the teachers
participate and gain some new knowledge about science subject. Furthermore, I had my two
lessons for this week, where teaching more made me learn more as my MST had gave me some
oral feedback to make some improvements. In addition, I tried to make my relationship with my
MST stronger, as I initiated in correcting some exams and tried to help her planning for some
lessons as she asked me for, this made me happy because I had the chance to help her and do
something that proofs my ability to her more. For the third week, I had a small issue with one of
my students, which I immediately discussed with my MST. I think, it is important to make the
teacher aware of what is going on with her trainee because at the end, it needs to be clarified at
the first time so it will not be a big problem in the future. However, as a personal action, I have
decided to work on her more, in which, I solve the problem by myself through some strategies,
such as praising her and encourage her more to participate in the classroom. Hopefully, I will be
able to make it happen and end up this teaching practice with her being my good student and a
friends as well.
