NOTIFICATION
It is hereby notified that the LL.B (3-YDC) , LL.B HONOURS (3-YDC), III, & V
Semester Regular and BA.LL.B (5-YDC), & B.B.A LL.B (5-YDC), III, V, VII, & IX Semester
Regular and B.COM LL.B (5-YDC) VII, & IX Semester Regular Examinations pertaining to
the candidates of University & Affiliated Colleges are scheduled to be held in the Month of
January, 2020. The detailed Time-Table will be notified separately in due course.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PRINCIPALS

 The college login will be closed after the last date.
 The late fee amount will be levied automatically in case the fee is not remitted to the O.U.
A/c and forms are not submitted as per the above schedule.
 Principals are requested not to forward/submit the EAF of Not Eligible Candidates. The
results of Not Eligible candidates will be cancelled at any stage, if they write the
examination.
 There is no backlog examination during the odd semester examinations.

 The Principals are requested to send the Nominal Roll, details of fee particulars, and AFFILIATION/
NO DUES CERTIFICATE from the ACADEMIC SECTION, O.U. for the year 2019 -2020 failing
Which a penal fee of Rs. 1,000/- per day shall be levied
 Fee paid once cannot be refunded or adjusted for any future examination.

1. LL.B all Courses of III, V, VII, & IX Semester is Rs. 850+Rs.100 (Memo Charges) = Rs.950/-

GENERAL CONDITIONS TO THE STUDENS AND PRINCIPALS:-

Candidates are advised to ensure all the details printed in exam form before signature.
The Examination Application Forms (EAF) are to be submitted online through college login.
Also, hardcopy of the same may be downloaded and submitted to the Examination Branch duly signed
by the student and the Principal concerned along with photocopy of qualifying examination (user
manual is enclosed). Xerox Copies of Examination Application Forms & photographs will not be
considered.

 All Courses of LL.B III, V, VII, & IX Semester candidates are advised to enclose copy of
previous semester Memo of Marks. /Copy of hall ticket to their application form

The candidates appearing for the above examinations should fill Examination
Application Forms carefully and enclose Xerox Copies of Memorandum of Marks of earlier
examinations duly attested by the Principal of the concerned Colleges for ready reference,
failing which the forms will not be accepted. Xerox Copies of Examination Application Forms
& photographs will not be considered.

Not to collect the Exam fee from Blind, Physically Disabled, Deaf & Dumb students as
per O.U Order No. 1555/228/2007-08/Budget-V, dated: 25-03-2008. A Xerox Copy of Medical
Certificate confirming their status as Handicapped (minimum percentage of disability must
be of 40%) must be attached to the Application forms. Blind, Physically Disabled, Deaf & Dumb
Students Application forms should be submitted separately along with Separate Nominal Roll.

The University has decided to accept the payment of Examination fee through Core Banking
system from the colleges under Osmania University Jurisdiction as communicated vide. Lr.
No.171207/COE/2007, dated 17.12.2007. The Core Banking system has come into effect from
01.04.2008 onwards

System from the Colleges under Osmania University Jurisdiction

Under any circumstances CASH DEPOSIT- PAY-IN-SLIP/DEMAND drafts will not be

accepted. It is required to transfer the fee amount through RTGS/NEFT for credit into
Registrar Osmania University Exam Fee Fund A/c No.52198262033 (SBI, O.U.Branch,
IFSCode “SBIN0020071).
Further after remitting the Examination fee into Registrar, Examination Fee Fund Account through
Core Banking system the College can obtain a receipt from the Bank and submit the same to the
Examination Branch along with Examination Forms.

Note: - The Principals are requested to submit the III, V, VII, & IX Semester Internals award Lists of LL.B all
Courses students along with the examination Application forms on or before 30-12-2019.Otherwise the
College has to Pay Rs.1000/- per day as Penalty for Late Submission of award lists.
1 The Principals are requested to submit the examination application after verify the Eligibility of
the candidates to the Controller of Examinations, Osmania University. .along with Nominal Roll
(in duplicate) Semester-Wise. Separate Abstract statement required about the payment of
Examination Fee. If the Examinations Forms submitted after the due date the college has to pay
Rs. 1000/- per day as penalty for late submission of forms.

2 The College is required to enclose the clearance certificate issued by the stores section of the
Examination Branch as a proof for the unused examination stationery returned by the college
pertaining to the examinations conducted earlier.
