Sales Operations Specialist - Retail | Served as the primary data analyst for the Forecasting team
Sales Operations Analyst (1 year, 9 months)
 Created and maintain Tableau decks for each of our primary customers. The decks convert weekly sales
data into aesthetic dashboards and are used across the retail channel
 Participated in monthly demand planning meetings with sales reps and product managers forecasting
demand of retail customers
 Assisted in creating a FY19 plan to reach our new Made in the USA product’s sales goal. The plan
included forecasting demand for each customer, setting prices, and measuring performance
 Created and maintained weekly Signal Reports in which sales, forecasting, and supply data from various
sources are compiled using Microsoft Access and exported to a pivot table; the report is used by our
team and the customer to help identify problem areas along the supply chain
 Created a monthly deep dive file for retail customers. The file shows the order history and forward
forecast for each item and are used in a series of monthly meetings that I run with the forecasting and
sales teams. The goal of these meetings is to find irregularities, get both teams on the same page with
news, and to make proactive adjustments to the forecast
 Created a report tracking monthly fill rates. Report highlighted low fill rates by customer, NAED, and
product category and attached a root cause to significant misses.

Business Intelligence Analyst | Entry level position. Helped maintain the database of construction projects and
actively worked with customers to get the most out of the program.
 Served as liaison between Inside Sales Team and Analytics Team: Assisted in training clients in the use
of our data packages; met jointly with Sales and their clients to make data driven recommendations
and to resolve client issues; and, created a selling matrix for Inside Sales that showed different
solutions based on specific pain points
 Developed an Excel macro-based calculator that generates price quotes which allows the Sales Team to
bypass the Analytics Team and quote prices directly to customers which cut turnaround time for price
