On behalf of Net Pacific we would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to quote for
your requirement as stated above.

We have reviewed all the requirements and have made a careful study of your project
through the following activities; project analysis, review of requirements, solutions presentation,
and terms of reference and finally this quotation.

We outline in the following pages our detailed proposal showing you the materials needed as
well as the labor and engineering charges and other important documents for us to be able to
complete and successfully implement this project.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Prices / Validity
- Prices quoted are all in Philippine Pesos VAT Inclusive.
- All Prices quoted are strictly valid for Thirty (30) days from the date of this proposal.

3. Delivery
- Local components such as roughing-in materials shall be delivered within 2 to 3 days from
the receipt of Purchase Order
- All Purchase Orders are subject to availability and prior sales.

4. Warranty
- Workmanship Warranty will be one (1) year after Turn-over and Acceptance. Warranties
includes re-grooming of cables inside the IDF and/or MDF Racks and re-testing of link (if
necessary) for any Structured Cabling link problem from IDF/MDF Patch Panel to Workstation
Information Outlet.

- System Warranty – Belden will provide Twenty Five (25) years warranty on cables,
components and system application after certification for the end-to-end one brand.
Warranty also includes Link and Channel.

•The warranty does not cover accidental or malicious damage to the installed links by
individuals.
•The warranty does not cover damage caused by external circumstances beyond our control
(Acts of God).
•The warranty does not cover links for which compliant test results were not supplied at the
time of application. If subsequent work is carried out on the network or surrounding services
(electrical, water, etc) that may have an effect on the performance of the cabling, the cabling
must be re-tested. If the cabling is not retested, this may invalidate the warranty

1. Technical support by Phone - Technical support by phone will be available to CLIENT at no


additional charge 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Supplier will provide the CLIENT a direct telephone
numbers for Service Request.
2. Technical personnel from NET PACIFIC INC., will visit the Client’s office in cases that urgent
concern is address to our Technical Coordinator Officer or alternate.
3. Our Technical Coordinator Officer or alternate can be contacted via Landline, Mobile Number
or Email at any given time to report any concern that is related to the concern equipment.
6. Project Schedule
-Mobilization will be within (5) to (7) days upon of Notice of Award or Purchase Order.
-Project Duration : (180) days
