Sub.: Proposal for Preparation of application for Sri Durga

MalleswaraSwamyVarlaDevasthanam, Vijayawada, Krishna District under
PRASHAD Scheme of Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India

It is understood that the temple administration of Sri Durga

MalleswaraSwamyVarlaDevasthanam is looking to appoint a consultant to assist them in
preparation of proposal under the PRASHAD Scheme of Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.
In this regard, we hereby submit our proposal for the subject study for obtaining project
sanction from Ministry of Tourism.

Broad Scope of Work:

Preparation of DPR and obtaining approval from MoT, Gol for the project under
PRASHAD Scheme

1. Preparation of Project Concept and assistance in presentation to Ministry of Tourism,

2. Preparation of project proposal as per PRASHAD Scheme guidelines for submission to
Ministry of Tourism,
3. Assistance in presentation of the proposal at Mission Directorate and Central
Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee of Ministry of Tourism, for obtaining approval for
the funds for the project.

The consultant shall carry out the following activities with respect to the scope of work
defined above:

• Conduct field visit to the proposed location/destination,

 • Gather initial understanding of the project by undertaking inception meeting with the
key stakeholders - Temple authorities, Local Administration, Tourism Department,
etc.,

• Identify possible components suitable to the destination, in conformance to the

Scheme guidelines, prepare details and discuss with Executive Officer of the temple
for finalisation,

• Prepare conceptual architectural drawings for proposed components, along with

other details as required for proposal submission,

• Preliminary cost estimates for the proposed components based on plinth area rates,

• Present project concept to the Executive Officer and obtain consent for preparation of
detailed proposal,

• Detailed proposal preparation as per Scheme guidelines,

• Support the Temple Authority in preparation of presentations for meetings at MoT for
obtaining project approvals and sanction order,

• Coordinate for MoT/Gol site visits as part of project approval process.

Financial Proposal

We propose a fee of INR 25Q) 00 !ooof== as the professional fees towards the
above Scope of Work.
