1take sample data for a town's population and then give a percentage of how many people would opt

for
your services (take a sample based on your estimated and survey). Once you have this figure, estimate
some sample figures for various price packages taken up by clients. Get total sales from that and then
compare with your costing involved in completing those projects. Then, come up to what revenue figure is
achieved. Then, amplify it for more cities of the same tier.

2. As you sign contract with clients for a fixed price, what if raw material charges, labour charges goes up in
the given time period? How would you then bridge the gap, because a customer won'y pay anything extra
once contract is done?

3. You need to have ample amount of LAND right at the start of your business. Give an estimate of this
costing involved once customer gets ready, you can't go for land hunting? How and where will you buy the
land, how much land will you buy initially?

4. How do you plan to get clearances for the huge amount of land you purchased?

C class: low grade bricks and sand, cheapest cement and steel, cheapest fixtures and
fittings
B class: medium grade bricks and sand, medium cost cement and steel, medium cost
fixtures and fittings
A class: best in class resources

Typical C class construction costs around 700 to 800 rupees per square foot of
construction. So a 1000 square foot house should cost between 7 to 8 lakhs to build.

Typical B class construction costs around 1000 to 1100 per square foot. So a 1000
square foot house should cost between 10 to 11 lakhs.

Typical A class construction costs anywhere from 1500 to 2500 per square foot. So a
1000 square foot house would cost between 15 to 25 lakhs.
During house making we generally come up with the
problems of fluctuation of prices of the materials. That can be
overcome.Actually when a contract of prices is signed with
the company it is signed with a condition of marginalisation
of 2-3% of the prices.so the price of the contract with the
clients is fixed .This deal is done with the company .

FOR Real estate deals we will approach an advocate to verify the land clearance details.
Clients have to give the legal verification of there land to us for further development work.

We will provide insurance policies to the labourers and contractors, gifts and education
facilities to the workers and the wages which to be given to the workers will be higher than
the market prices because contractors fluctuate the wages of the workers according to
their needs .
As per government norms 30% of the tender amount should be paid to the labourers ,30%
is given land purchasing and rest is given for the raw materials and the goods .
For an example If a tender of 1 crore is released out by the government.10% is the added
amount of profit provided by the government . We can generate the profit by fluctuating
the value of the announced profit by the government.
