16 Currently pending before this Court are three cases brought by Plaintiff
17 Michael Aguirre against Defendant United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission
18 (“NRC”). The NRC has filed motions to dismiss or motions for summary judgment
19 in all three cases. (19-cv-495, ECF No. 10; 19-cv-587, ECF No. 12; 19-cv-1102,
20 ECF No. 7.) The Court SETS oral argument for all three motions on: February 18,
21 2020 at 2:00 p.m.
22 Before oral argument takes place, the parties are ORDERED to attend an early
23 neutral evaluation conference with Magistrate Judge Major to determine whether
24 these cases may be resolved. If the cases settle, the parties need not attend oral
25 argument in front of this Court. The parties shall contact Magistrate Judge Major’s
26 chambers as soon as possible to schedule the conference.
