DEEP HARBOR
Fern Michaels
In a stirring standalone novel, acclaimed #1 New York Times bestselling author Fern
Michaels delves into the remarkable ways in which a single moment of crisis can lead
to our greatest acts of courage…

When Carol Ann “CJ” Jansen lost her beloved older brother, Kick, in a boating accident, she came adrift. Kick had taken
on the role of caring for his little sister after their parents were killed in a car crash. Inheriting half his fortune has left CJ
financially secure—yet needing a purpose. As administrative assistant to powerful congressman Snapper Lewis, she’s
immersed herself in the exciting and often tumultuous world of politics.
But suddenly, the career that anchors her life is threatened. CJ stumbles upon information that could implicate her boss in
corruption. When the congressman goes missing, the closer CJ gets to uncovering the truth, exposing one shocking secret
after another, the more she wonders if she’s also in jeopardy.
Moving to a small New England town for her own protection, CJ gradually begins to engage with her new surroundings. Her
blossoming friendship with the owner of a charter fishing boat offers the promise of much more. But before she can claim
happiness, CJ must navigate a course through all her doubts and fears, and trust that this time, the water that took so much
from her might just lead her safely home…

HOME TO STAY
The Little Child Shall Lead Them Series
Loree Lough
Authentic, heartwarming and written by a bestselling master of the genre, Home to Stay is
the second in an inspirational series highlighting the deep commitment to family life that
is a bedrock of Amish culture. Set in the unique and real-life community of the New-new
Order Amish, Loree Lough’s A Little Child Shall Lead Them series features all the uplifting
faith and devotion to hearth and home that make Amish romances so popular.

In the New-new Order Amish community of Pleasant Valley, a helping hand is never far away, and a baby’s smile can be
reason enough to start over—and risk love again…
Since losing his family in a tragic accident, building contractor Max Lambright can’t seem to find purpose in anything but hard
work…until he meets feisty newcomer, Willa Richards. As she struggles to make a new life for herself and her baby girl, she
challenges him in just about every possible way. Dare he hope that, alongside this spirited woman, he might rekindle his lost
faith, and find the path to love and the family he craves?
Poor choices and a difficult past have inspired Willa to make better decisions for her precious Frannie, even if it means
leaving the familiar behind and starting over…among strangers. As she adapts to the Amish ways, she learns about Max’s
generous and steadfast nature. The loneliness he tries so hard to mask can’t be hidden…not from a woman with something
to prove. Together, they can build their friendship into something that will forever stand as the cornerstone of a happy family…

WITNESS TO DEATH
Heather Graham
According to Publishers Weekly, “Graham stands at the top of the romantic suspense
category,” and fans will be eager to read this early, nail-biting tale that pairs a witness in
a high-profile murder case and her protection officer from this acclaimed New York Times
and USA Today bestselling author.

Lorna Doria hadn’t committed a murder. She’d seen one. Yet somehow she’d become the prisoner, while the killer was out
on bail. As state’s witness, she’d thought the shelter of her quiet New England life would be enough to keep her safe. Law
enforcement disagreed—and it was New York City undercover cop Andrew Trudeau’s job to protect her. But their strong
attraction had already made it too late for that…
Now, with Andrew as her bodyguard, Lorna has no choice but to accept his constant presence. She assures herself she
can handle it, she’s mature, not easily rattled—except by Andrew. They’re as different as can be, yet something bonds them,
something beyond the danger they face. But as a cop, Andrew’s life will always be on the line, and Lorna must decide
whether she can live with that—if a killer lets them have any future at all…

THE ASTONISHING THING
Sandi Ward
In a wonderfully touching, surprisingly funny and ultimately uplifting exploration of family
life, Sandi Ward draws readers into one extraordinary cat’s quest to make sense of her
world, illuminating the limits and mysterious depths of one animal’s love for her humans…

Pet owners know that a cat’s loyalty is not easily earned. Boo, a resourceful young feline with a keen eye and inquiring
mind, has nonetheless grown intensely devoted to her human companion, Carrie. Several days ago, Carrie—or Mother, as
Boo calls her—suddenly went away, leaving her family, including Boo, in disarray. Carrie’s husband, Tommy, is distant and
distracted even as he does his best to care for Boo’s human siblings, especially baby Finn.
Boo worries about who will fill her food dish and provide a warm lap to nestle into. More pressing still, she’s trying to
uncover the complicated truth about why Carrie left. Though frequently mystified by human behavior, Boo is sure that Carrie
once cared passionately for Tommy and adores her children, even the non-feline ones. But she also sees it may not be
enough to make things right. Perhaps only a cat—a wise, observant, very determined cat—can do that.
Wonderfully tender and insightful, The Astonishing Thing explores the intricacies of marriage and family through an
unforgettable perspective at the center of it all.

BORROWED TIME
The Chicago Mystery Series
Tracy Clark
Who would want to murder a dying man?
Written by veteran Chicago journalist Tracy Clark, the second installment in the acclaimed
Chicago Mystery series finds private detective and former cop Cassandra Raines making
powerful enemies as she looks into a suspicious death as a favor to a friend…

Sitting in cold cars for hours, serving lowlifes with summonses…being a P.I. means riding out a lot of slow patches. But
sometimes the most familiar paths can lead straight to danger—like at Cass’ go-to diner, where new delivery guy Jung
Byson wants to enlist her expertise. Jung’s friend, Tim Ayers, scion of a wealthy Chicago family, has been found dead,
floating in Lake Michigan near his luxury boat. And Jung is convinced there’s a murderer on the loose…
Cass reluctantly begins digging only to discover that Jung neglected to mention one crucial fact: Tim Ayers was
terminally ill. Given the large quantities of alcohol and drugs found in his body, Ayers’ death appears to be either an accident
or suicide. Yet as much as Cass would like to dismiss Jung’s suspicions, there are too many unanswered questions and
unexplained coincidences.
Why would anyone kill a dying man? Working her connections on both sides of the law, Cass tries to point the police in
the right direction. But violence is escalating around her, and Cass’ persistence has already attracted unwanted attention,
uncovering sinister secrets that Cass may end up taking to her grave.

MURDER IN GALWAY
The Home to Ireland Mystery Series
Carlene O’Connor
In the first installment of bestselling author Carlene O’Connor’s new Home to Ireland
Mystery series, New York Tara Meehan’s first trip to Galway, Ireland may be her last…

New Yorker Tara Meehan’s first trip to Galway may be her last…
Tara never imagined her introduction to Ireland like this—carrying her mam’s ashes to honor her final request: “Tell Johnny
I’m sorry…Take me home.” She’s never met her mam’s estranged brother, Johnny Meehan, who owns an architectural
salvage business in Galway. Although Tara is immediately charmed by the medieval city, the locals seem wary of strangers
and a gypsy warns her that death is all around.
When Tara arrives at her uncle’s stone cottage, the prophesy seems true. A dead man lies sprawled over the threshold in a
pool of blood. The victim turns out to be Johnny’s wealthiest client, and her missing uncle is the garda’s number-one suspect.
In trying to find Johnny and solve the crime, Tara uncovers her mam and uncle’s troubled past. But with a desperate killer
about, she had better mind herself, or they’ll be tossing her ashes in Galway Bay…

PROOF OF MURDER
The Beyond the Page Bookstore Mystery Series
Lauren Elliott
In Lauren Elliott’s fourth USA Today bestselling Beyond the Page Bookstore Mystery,
bookshop owner Addie Greyborne must solve a locked-room murder in a supposedly
haunted mansion to recover a priceless Sherlock Holmes original…

The seaside New England town of Greyborne Harbor is home to many grand estates, including the Queen Anne Victorian
Addie inherited from her great aunt. Now one of those mansions is holding an estate sale, which is just what the bookshop
owner needs to replenish her supply of rare editions—even if the house is rumored to be haunted. Assisting an overwhelmed
insurance appraiser with the inventory, Addie discovers an 1887 magazine containing Arthur Conan Doyle’s first Sherlock
Holmes novel, A Study in Scarlet, which she estimates to be worth over one hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
But when Addie later finds the appraiser dead in the estate’s private library, with the door bolted from the inside, and the
priceless edition missing, it’s a mystery worthy of the Great Detective himself. She’s certain the death and the robbery are
connected—but who, other than a ghost who can walk through walls, could have gotten in to do the deed? It’s up to Addie
to find the key to the crime—before she’s the next one cornered by a killer…

UNGENTLEMANLY WARFARE
Howard Linskey
Inspired by the real-life mission undertaken by British Special Operations Executive
agents in Nazi-occupied France and timed to coincide with the 75th anniversary of VE Day,
Ungentlemanly Warfare is a captivatingly sharp historical thriller about a pivotal and
dramatic event during the Second World War. Blazing with crisp writing and palpable
tension, it features Captain Harry Walsh—a soldier and a spy, an officer but not quite a
gentleman—the British SOE agent tasked to assassinate the Nazis’ top scientist, the man
behind the ME 163 Komet, Hitler’s miracle jet fighter. If Walsh fails, there is no prospect
of allied victory in Europe…

A secret assassin. An impossible mission. Failure is not an option.

1943. With Nazi Germany facing defeat, Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring has authorized mass production of the
Messerschmitt Me 163 Komet, a jet-propulsion engine aircraft faster than any plane in the Allies’ arsenal. But British
Intelligence has discovered that the Komet is unstable and German scientist Professor Gaerte has been tasked to fix
the plane’s flaw. To prevent the Komets from getting airborne, an undercover task force must infiltrate Nazi-occupied
France and assassinate Gaerte.
Captain Harry Walsh is one of Britain’s most effective, ruthless, and unorthodox Special Operations Executive agents. Allied
with an American OSS and Free French operatives, Harry leads his squad behind enemy lines where he’s reunited with
fellow SOE operative—and former lover—Emma Stirling. But as the team proceeds with their mission, an SS officer from
Harry’s past pursues the Englishman on a very personal mission of revenge…

DIE WITH THE OUTLAWS

William W. Johnstone; J. A. Johnstone
The 11th book in the New York Times and USA Today bestselling series—a spinoff of
William W. Johnstone’s Mountain Man and Preacher series—featuring the legendary Matt
Jensen, a man with survival and justice in his blood.

Johnstone Country. Cross at Your Own Risk.

On the lawless frontiers of the American West, there is one rule every outlaw should remember: Never cross a mountain
man like Matt Jensen. Not if you want to keep breathing.
No gun. No horse. No water or food. And worse yet: No idea how he ended up in the middle of a desert with a bullet in his
leg and a bump on his head. That’s the sorry situation Matt Jensen wakes up to—dazed and confused—until he slowly
pieces together what happened. The last thing he remembers: He agreed to help out a friend of Duff MacCallister’s. A pretty
lady and her husband at a horse ranch. He also recalls their cross-country trip through hell to deliver the horses safely to
market. That’s when the outlaws showed up. That’s when the shooting began. That’s when everything went dark…
But now Matt Jensen is alive and well and living for revenge. No time to lose. No holding back. And before it’s all over, no
trigger-happy horse thief will be left standing…

The Loyalty Series
La Jill Hunt
Bestselling author LaJill Hunt is back with Midlife Crisis, an emotion‑packed story of love,
betrayal, and family loyalty. When lies are unveiled and secrets are revealed, can love be
strong enough to forgive, even when you can’t forget?

Sylvia Blackwell has it all, or so she thinks. She and her handsome husband, Garrett, are the epitome of success: an
immaculate house of their dreams, a beautiful and talented 17‑year‑old daughter, flourishing careers, and nearly twenty
years of perfectly wedded bliss. Just as they are making plans for their vow renewal celebration, a call in the middle
of the night interrupts their picture‑perfect lives. Now Sylvia has to deal with the reality of Garrett’s dead mistress, a love
child she never knew about, and the fact that the man she’s been married to for the past twenty years may not be the
man she knows at all.
Unlike her sister Sylvia, when it comes to love, Janelle Hudson can take it or leave it. Her on again, off again, noncommittal,
stress‑free friendship with Jarvis Baldwin is fine with her. But her life becomes complicated when she is faced with
choosing between a sure thing with a good man or what feels right with the wrong one.

KISMET 2: SOME THINGS YOU WILL
NEVER UNDERSTAND
Raynesha Pittman
Kismet 2: Some Things You Will Never Understand picks up where the emotional
roller-coaster ride of Kismet left off, except with more conflict and drama. Readers will
feel an adrenaline rush from the erotic loops and free-falling drops of a bumpy romance
like no other. Buckle up and hold on tight for this literary ride! Is it Karma or Kismet?
You be the judge.

The saying goes: “A hard head makes for a soft ass.” If that’s true, then Savannah James must be walking around with
a pillow attached to her backside after playing games with Karma, seeking revenge, and being punished for it by facing
death twice.
It seems the thrill of playing with fate remains. The lessons she should have learned from past mistakes mean nothing when
her absent mother walks back into her life after thirty years, ready to rekindle a relationship that never existed. How long
can Savannah expect to go on without fate coming back to haunt her? Will she ever realize that the apple didn’t fall far from
the tree? The game she thinks she’s uniquely playing with life has an author of the same bloodline.
Raynesha Pittman was certified as a gifted student in third grade, but she grew up as one of Los Angeles’ many troubled
youth, which led to four years in L.A. juvenile corrections centers, placements, and camps. She first recognized her love
