HYPERDESMO CLASSIC
The HYPERDESMO CLASSIC ®line of polyurethane liquid membranes is a
simple and economic solution for waterproofing.

It comprises of variations of one or two components, low

viscosity or Thixotropic polyurethane liquid coating which cures with the humidity
in the atmosphere to produce a highly elastic membrane with strong adhesion
to many types of surfaces.

HYPERDESMO CLASSIC is based on pure

elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin plus
special inorganic fillers, which result in excellent
mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and natural element
resistance properties. Hyperdesmo® has been certified
by the European Organization of Technical Approval
for 25 years good working performance. This
certification was awarded for a film thickness of 1.2 mm
and without reinforcement.

For sustained life of the product, HYPERDESMO CLASSIC is recommended with a

top coat of ADYE ( Pigmented) or factory pigmented A 610 or A 810 can be used .

HYPERSEAL-25LM-S: ( POLYURETHANE SEALANTS ) Alchimica SA is a leading
producer of Polyurethane one and two component polyurethane sealants in the
world .Unique one component, polyurethane-based, low modulus joint sealant,
combining classic polyurethane technology with hybrid technology, with
outstanding thixotropic properties.

Our range of sealants include

Nanomodified low modulus HYPERSEAL -25 LMS which exhibits a 50% joint
movement accommodation factor.

Specially formulated for precast structures HYPERSEAL EXPERT – 150 for sealing
higher gap widths up to 200mm and also special formulated for Indian conditions
of high temperature and Humidity.

High modulus and fast curing sealant HYPERSEAL -50 FC, for Industrial and
Automobile Industry.
Low Modulus Pourable PU Sealant HYPERSEAL 2KF for filling narrow and deep
gaps. It is ideally suitable for higher horizontal joints width like concrete Panel
joints

Expandable Seal : It is a solvent free, one component, polyurethane adhesive, with

a thixotropic structure, w h i c h makes the adhesive suitable for vertical
application.

TERRACE & PODIUM SLAB WATERPROOFING:-

HYPERDESMO-PB-2K: is a fast curing- 1:1 by volume two component , bitumen
extended Polyurethane liquid membrane for waterproofing. It is ideally suitable
for Podium slab has excellent anti root properties and having elongation >2000%
and excellent adhesion to the concrete surface and outstanding crack bridging
capabilities.

The material has unique properties that combine the traditional benefits of
Bitumen as well as novel polyurethane technology. The curing of the material
produces a uniform, defect free membrane regardless of the external
temperature and humidity. The Self levelling with its humidity barrier properties
along with the very low modulus and root resistance of the material makes it
most suitable product for podium slab .

HYPERDESMO 2KW : ( For Portable Water Tanks) Unique product of ALCHMICA,

specially processed and certified for use in Portable Water Tanks as per latest
European Standards. HYPERDESMO 2KW is a solvent free PU membrane with
good chemical resistance and water absorption less than 0.5%. The membrane is
unique in the respect that it can be kept directly in contact with water without
any protective plastering.

AQUASMART : AquaSmart Hybrid is a single component, water based,

aliphatic coating with exceptional performance in a multitude of applications.
Apart from the water, chemical and UV resistance the material also displays
exceptional ease of application. Due to the thixotropic nature it is easily
applied on any surface no matter how complex. The material is suitable for
waterproofing of roofs, both flat or inclined, waterproofing of wet rooms and
very highly recommended for the waterproofing and protection of
Polyurethane foam.

AQUASMART PB : ( Retaining wall and Toilet applications)

AQUASMART PB is a single component, bitumen emulsion extended with
polyurethane emulsion, coating ideal for waterproofing of foundation walls
and wet rooms.The uniqueness the material is that unlike most bitumen
emulsions, the product cures rapidly independently of climate conditions.

HYPERDESMO 300 – For Bridge Deck coating

HYPERDESMO-300 has been specially designed, based on the long standing and
successful technology of HYPERDESMO System, to comply with the new
requirements of ETAG 033 EU protocol for “Liquid applied Bridge Deck
waterproofing kits”. It is a single component liquid applied polyurethane/polyurea
waterproofing membrane certified according to ETAG 033 that holds a CE Mark
assuming an intended working life of 25 years.

HYPERDESMO-300 is recommended for both new and existing bridge

waterproofing applications. No special machinery is required for professional
applications. Designed to resist a shock temperature of 220°C, HYPERDESMO-300
has exceptional compatibility with asphalt overlays without requiring an adhesion
layer. Due to its high tensile and tear strength, it is able to withstand traffic
stresses of heavy asphalt application machinery.

HYPERMAT PREFORMED MEMBRANES

HYPERMAT 650

Hypermat 650 is a membrane HDPE film pressure sensitive adhesive which allows
poured concrete to bond fully with the membrane. Hypermat 650 provides water,
water vapour protection to water excluding structures and protects concrete from
aggressive ground salts, chemicals and hydrocarbons.

Hypermat 1500 CLX is a 1.5mm thick flexible, preformed waterproof membrane

comprising a HDPE polyethylene film and a thick self-adhesive rubber/bitumen
compound. The membrane has been designed and specially formulated to
withstand high ambient temperatures. Continuity is achieved by overlapping
adjacent rolls by 50mm and firmly rolling. Being factory made, the thickness of the
membrane is constant throughout and is not subjected to variation by site labour
as occurs with brush applied membranes.

HYPERDESMO POLYUREA ( Fast curing durable membrane)

HYPERDESMO POLYUREA is a High speed curing membrane with very stable to

every day wear and tear ( like High temperature variation , attack of UV rays and
chemicals ) and it is applied with special plural component thermally activated
spraying equipment. Main advantage of Polyurea is that cured coating will have
high TENSILE SRENGTH & HIGH SURFACE HARDNESS
