Steps to fill the NEET 2020 application form:
Step 1: Registration
 Go to the official website of NTA NEET

 Click on “New Registration”


 Enter the following details

 Enter the captcha

 Set a password and select a security question

 Click on “OTP Verification”
 You will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number
 Enter OTP in the space provided
 Click on “Submit”
 A provisional application number will be displayed on the screen
 Note down the application number for future reference
Step 2: Apply online for NEET 2020
 Click on “Click here to login”
 Login using the application number and password
 The NEET application will open on your screen
 Details entered during the registration process will be pre-filled in the application and cannot
be changed

NEET application form 2020 correction window


NTA gives candidates an option to change certain fields through the correction window of NEET
application form 2020. The correction window will be opened in the second week of January
2020 and will remain functional for two weeks. This is a one-time facility only and corrections
made using this window will be permanent. However, only a few fields can be changed using the
NEET 2020 application form correction window. Thus, candidates are advised to fill the form
carefully in the first attempt and not rely on the correction window.

How to use the NEET correction window 2020?


 Go to the official website of NTA NEET
 Login using the application number and password
 Click on “Click here for correction in NEET 2020 Application Form”
 The filled application form of NEET 2020 will be displayed on the screen and candidates can
edit the fields.
 Click on 'Preview and Submit'
 An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number
 Enter the OTP in the space provided
 Click on 'Final Submit'
 A warning pops-up on the screen
 If you are satisfied with the corrections made, click on 'Please do'
 The correction slip of NEET 2020 application form will be display on the screen
 Save and print the correction slip for future reference.

NEET application form 2020 – Frequently Asked Questions


Q. I paid the NEET application fee twice. What should I do?
A. If the NEET application fee has been deducted twice from your account, NTA will accept the
fee only once. Rest of the amount will be refunded to your account in 7 working days.
Q. How do I know that the fee has been successfully deposited in my account?
A. After successful payment of the NEET application fee, you will receive a payment
confirmation slip online. Save the confirmation slip for future reference.
Q. Can I fill the application form of NEET 2020 offline?
A. No, the application form can be filled online only. The NEET 2020 application fee can be
paid using a credit card/ debit card or net banking.
Q. Do I need to send the NEET application form and other attachments by post to NTA?
A. No, you need not send any documents by post to the NTA. The entire application process of
NEET 2020 is online and the relevant documents have to be uploaded online only.
Q. I made a mistake in the email ID while registering for NEET 2020. What can I do?
A. If you have completed the NEET 2020 application form with an incorrect email address, you
will not receive the email notifications. However, if the mobile number that you have registered
on the NTA portal is correct, you will receive the same notification on your phone. If both email
Id and phone number are incorrect, register again using the correct information.
Q. When submitting the application form of NEET 2020, the session expires before I
submit it. What should I do?
A. Candidates filling the NEET 2020 application form must try to fill and submit it within 30
minutes of logging into the registered account. Also, save each portion of the application form so
as to avoid filling it again if the session expires. To ensure completing the form under 30
minutes, keep all the information handy.
Q. Can I change my address using the correction window?
A. Yes, you can change the address using the correction window of NEET 2020 application
form. Though the details can be edited using the correction window, candidates are advised to
fill the application form carefully and check the details thoroughly before submitting it.
Q. Can I fill the application form of NEET 2020 without the internet?
A. If you do not have access to the internet, you can go to the nearest Common Services Centre
(CSC). The CSCs help in filling the application form of NEET 2020 and payment of the
application fee. They will charge a nominal fee for these services. To know the details of the
nearest CSC, visit csc.gov.in.
Q. How can I be sure that NTA has received the application fee?
A. After the payment has been processed successfully, a confirmation page will open the screen.
This confirmation is a confirmation that the NEET 2020 application fee has been received by the
