POLICY CREATION AND STATEMENT
Policy Statement

This policy is created to protect and conserve the Simborio from being degraded.

Everyone , MUST and SHOULD follow this policy which inlcudes tourists, relatives of the

people buried in the cemetery and most importantly, the government employee and residents

in Taguig City, which will go in this place.

This policy does not apply every All Souls Day, All Saints Day and every death

anniversary of their relative/s to give everyone the rights to be with their deceased loved ones

during those times.

If anyone violates this policy, he/she will be given a corresponding punishment and is

responsible for doing the following tasks;

A. First Offense – Warning and should write a written promise not that he/she will not

violate the policy in the place with notary to prove it’s legality

B. Second Offense – P500.00 fine with 2 days community service

C. Third Offense – P5,000.00 fine with 3-6 months detained at the City Hall and a total

ban from the place

Definition of the policy

This policy is called “6:00am-6:00pm visiting hours policy” which means, everyone

who wants to go to the Simborio is allowed to go there every 6:00 am up to 6:00 pm of the day

ONLY. The remaining time of the day will be used to clean the Simborio. All the flowers,

foods and candles that are given to the graves of the deceased will be remove for the

cleanliness of the place. There is a guidelines posted in the Simborio which states that visitors

should bring the artificial flowers and the candle holder together with them or else, the

caretakers will put it in a trash. Also, once the fresh flowers are already withered, it will be

removed also.

Policy Statement

Policies are created to protect something or someone from any possible danger. The

heritage sites should be protected at any cost because it is considered as the treasure in a

place.

If there are policies implemeneted in a specific place, we as a toiurist or as a human,

should respect it and must follow it.

This policy applies in any type of situations including the holidays season. Everyone is

responsible for following this policy and if you failed to do so, here are the corresponding

punishments for you according to your offense:

Definition of policy

This policy is called “Restriction from going up-close to the Simborio Chapel”

which aims to protect the Simborio from any possible human acts causing the Heritage Site

degradation such as vandalism. As we can see, the Simborio are being degraded because of

the vandalisms around the walls and because it is used as a storage of any constructions and

cleaning materials that is why this [policy is created. The caretakers are the only ones who are

allowed to go inside the simborio if they need to clean it. We must save the Simborio from

being degraded totally.
