The Legal Management Society of the University of Santo Tomas is a recognized student organization in
the Faculty of Arts & Letters. It is a member of the Alliance of Legal Management Associations of the
Philippines (ALMAP) and is recognized as Top ten Mist Outstanding UNESCO clubs in the Philippines.
The organization provides avenues such as seminars, workshops, and competitions for its students to
excel in both academics and non-academic ventures. All of these aim to contribute to the growth and
holistic being of each member of the society.
This academic year, as a continuance of the paradigm of excellence of the Legal Management Society, we
have come up with projects which will further cater the needs of its members such as Annual General
Membership Meeting (AGMM) on September 5, 2019 at the Medicine Auditorium, UST.

The Legal Management program has designed projects to prepare its students for further studies in law
and to teach students on the principles of management. In this connection, we will be having the
AGMM with 350 participants. The objective of this event is to organize a formal general meeting
patterned to a stockholder’s meeting and present and discuss the Strategic Plan and Budget
Proposal for the A.Y. 2018-2019. Moreover, The Annual General Membership Meeting will also
feature the 25 years of the Legal Management Program in UST.
