Is social welfare important to entrepreneurial activities?

What do entreprenuerial activities need to grow? （滋长 entreprenuership or economic

In an ideal world, if u want to stimulate entrepreneurship activities, what kind of social and
economic environment should you have? Society should be stable (no riots) or no one would
invest if so. What is the most ideal environment? Give more social welfare or less OR
different way of administration better? Talk about social economic policy and relationship w
entreprenuership policy. Possible raise some examples. Incorporate theories and references.

Is no social welfare better? Yes, cheaper labor, biz cost cos no social welfare, no lazy people.
Investors happy. Is Singapore like that, depend on cheap labor? SG Intelligent economy,
invest in people ? Higher scale on human capital jobs instead of lower end?

The country your case study company is based in if have social welfare, what kind of policy
or strategy and how it compliments economic development needs? E.g. HK is as little social

HK welfare is half half, not poor, not good, poorer that Europe but better than Africa. HK has
safety net, no benefit if you are common everyday person, unlike e.g free milk in Canada.

If you are badly ill, you wont die because of lack of medical expenses because of cheap
medical services in HK.

If u lost job, get assistance to get by, force u to come out to work by giving u little, enough

Silicon valley good welfare but great entreprenurial activities.

HK salary is lower than Silicon Valley, but no entrepship (set up companies here)

Is HK gov policy effective? They have a plan or policy objective but actual differs, user case
study prove gov policy is useless, ineffective.

Gov strategy is to force people to work by little assistance. But in real life, do we need such
labor types? (low tech). HK doesnt need low tech labor at the moment because of ample
labor supply from mainland. Good high tech workers lacking in HK. Social policy towards
