Career Summary
Dedicated mid-career professional who is transitioning into the related fields of clinical mental
health and chemical dependency counseling. I am a CDCA recognized by the Ohio Chemical
Dependency Professionals Board and my LPC application is under review by the Ohio Counselor,
Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board. Currently completing my Master’s in Clinical
Mental Health Counseling (GPA 3.9) at Wake Forest University. I am in the process of completing
an 800-hour clinical practicum and internship at Talbot Hall at The Ohio State University Wexner
Medical Center. During this experience, I provided both individual and group counseling to patients
with substance use disorders as well as other dual-diagnosis mental health issues at multiple levels.
Over 10 years of previous professional experiences including project management,
client/stakeholder relations, and public outreach via report writing and public speaking
engagements. I look forward to providing my extensive professional experience, diverse educational
