1. Prices mentioned above are indicative. However prices prevaling at the time of delivery will be applicable.
2. Accessories, Insurance, transportation, Registration, taxes, octroi, other levies, service charges etc as mentioned above may change at the time of delivery as per actual
3. It may be noted that vehicle specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Payment will be accepted by Demand Draft/ Pay Order or Cheques, favoring "AMP Motors Pvt. Ltd. " payable at "Delhi"
5. Price and additional charges will have to be paid fully before delivery can be effected.
6. Delivery of the vehicle is subject to vehicle availaiblity in stock at the time of order booking.
7. Cancellation : The advance paid towards booking of order/s will be non refundable subject to following criteria:
a) Incase the prices applicable at the time of delivery in India remain unchanged or are lower than the above quoted ex-showroom price, no refund
of booking amount will be permissible.
b) Incase the prices applicable at the time of delivery in India are changed upwards by upto 5% of the above quoted ex-showroom price, 5% of
the ex-showroom price mentioned above will be retained and the balance refunded to the customer.
c) Incase the prices applicable at the time of delivery in India are changed more than 5% of the above quoted ex-showroom price, 1% of
the ex-showroom price mentioned above will be retained and the balance refunded to the customer.
8. The advance payment towards the booking of the car would be Rs 5 Lacs for cars upto a value of Rs 70 Lacs and Rs 10 Lacs for cars above the
value of Rs 70 Lacs (Ex- showroom price) at the time of order booking.
9. The advance paid towards booking of order/s will be non refundable, for the vehicle in stock is booked for delivery.
10. Subject to "Delhi" Jurisdiction.
11. The Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of vehicles or accessories / optional equipment due to strike, riot, civil
commotion,accident, machinery breakdown, Production delay, government policies, acts of God and nature, and all events beyond the control of the Company.
12. As per Cenvat Credit Rules, the vehicle(s) covered by this invoice is not eligible for Cenvat Credit. In any case, Cenvat Credit is not available
for the vehicle(s) covered by this invoice.
13. This is to inform all customers that any advance payments for purchase of vehicles made by them to us are our own liability and our Principals
M/S Tata Motors Ltd. are in no way, implicitly or explicitly responsible for any vicarious liability for the refund of advance or delivery of
vehicles thereof, as they deal with us on Principal to Principal basis.
14. Duly filled and signed sales order along with a copy of Pan Card, Address proof of the registering address is mandatory at the time of order
booking.
15. Acceptance of advance / deposit by the Company is merely an indication of an intention to sell and does not result into a contract of sale.
16. The above Quotation/ Proforma Invoice is valid for confirmation of order within 7 days from the date of issue.
17. Subject to provisions of LST and CST Act.
