MOTION FOR RESETTING

COME NOW, counsel of the ACCUSED EMMANUEL
ALBUROTO, before this Honorable Court through the undersigned
counsel most respectfully submits this Motion for Resetting and in
support thereof avers that:

1. The instant case shall be heard on November 9, 2019 at 9:30 in

the morning.

2. The undersigned counsel cannot be present on the said date as

he is set to attend to a family matter on the said day which he
inadvertently overlooked when the counsels were setting the
next scheduled date;

3. It is most respectfully requested that the said case scheduled

on May 31, 2019 at 9:30 in the morning be reset to July 5, 2019
as this is the first available date of the undersigned counsel.

4. The undersigned counsel is practicing alone without associates,

thus he cannot send any other lawyer to represent him in the
above mentioned case;

5. This motion is done in good faith and in no way made to delay

the proceedings of this Honorable Court but only for reasons
abovestated;

WHEREFORE PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Court that an order shall issue to which the
abovementioned case scheduled for May 31, 2019 at 9:00 in the
afternoon be reset to July 5, 2019 at 9:30 in the morning as this is the
first available date of the undersigned counsel.

Such other relief, just and equitable under the circumstances is

likewise prayed for.
