During the last few weeks, Amanda has completed student data analysis based on a variety of assessments. She uses observational
data, quizzes, and completed classwork to determine student learning. She then makes instructional decisions such as grouping
students based on their performance. She uses this information to give students constructive feedback on their work.

Amanda has developed clear protocols and classroom procedures for students to follow. She is firm yet positive in her classroom. She
has high expectations for her students and maintains discipline to ensure learning. She is very respectful of her students and they
respond to her instruction.

Amanda is very professional in her school. She communicates well with others and has collaborated with experts in the building. For
example, she met with the reading specialist to discuss reading scores. She is always receptive to professional critiques to improve her
teaching skills.

Amanda has worked hard in the last few weeks to document if students have met their learning targets. She focused on reading and
spelling. Amanda analyzed the reading levels of students and their progress with the help of the reading specialist and how the students
perform on their reading assessments. She charted student progress daily and checked if they reached their learning targets, and to
develop new learning targets.
