CEGE JOURNAL AUTHOR AGREEMENT

To ensure uniformity of treatment among all contributors, other forms may not be substituted for this form, nor
may any wording of the form be changed. This form is intended for original submitted material and must
accompany any such material in order to be published by the CEGE Journal.

Submission to the CEGE Journal necessitates that the work will be reviewed by the CEGE editorial board.
Upon acceptance, the Author/Authors assign/s to the CEGE Journal the nonexclusive right to publish
and distribute the manuscript in part or in whole. Author's name will always be included in the published
(and/or republished) manuscript.

The Author’s/Authors’ exclusive rights are as follows: (1) use of manuscript in the Author's/Authors’ teaching
and learning activities; (2) publication of the manuscript, or permission of its publication, as part of any book
the Author may wish to write; (3) inclusion of the manuscript in the Author's own personal or departmental
database or website; and (4) license of manuscript reprints to third parties for reproduction for educational
purposes. The Author further agrees to always properly cite the CEGE Journal as the original publication
venue during the practice of the above mentioned nonexclusive rights.

The Author/s hereby grants the CEGE Journal full and non-exclusive rights to, all revisions, and full copyright
of the manuscript. Rights of CEGE Journal include but are not limited to the following: (1) reproduction,
publication, sale, and distribution of copies of the manuscript, selections of the manuscript, and translations
and other derivative works based on the manuscript, in all or any form or media now or hereafter known or
devised; (2) license of manuscript reprints to third parties for reproduction for educational purposes; (3) license
of other parties to produce abstracts and index the manuscript; (4) license of secondary publishers to
reproduce the manuscript in print, microform, or any computer-readable form, including electronic online
databases and websites; and (5) license for document delivery.
