Our 3D models helped to visualize the structure
at the tender submission stage. We detected
clashes for eliminating major system conflicts
before the beginning of construction and
generated clash report. We resolved clashes
among all trades including architectural,
structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and
fire protection and facilitated coordination
among them. We validated the design for

We helped our client to secure bids by creating

rendered images and 4D Phasing. Value
Engineering is also offered from our end to
improve system efficiency by reducing costs and
facilitating easier construction and maintenance.

BIM Model automatically.
