1. Title of project: pets at workplace

2. Short project description: Gaining leads of the first 16 companies in industries


that involve a lot of stress and convert them to clients.

As part of our activities, we will set meetings and sign clients. Once we have a
client, our project program will be implemented in each company.

3. Short description of projects mission and most imp deadlines:

Project mission: to introduce the company and gain market share.

Important deadlines:
Activate first 16 companies as clients in 12 months.
Design and implement a procedure to allow pets at workplace.
Infrastructure amendments to implement an area for the pets in the company.
Develop activities for clients (workshops, pet grooming, pet show).
Feedback sessions with the employees in the client organizations.
We will measure our objectives every 3 months (March 31st, June 30, September
30, December 31st) in one year and convert 4 companies at the end of each
trimester.

Initial plan: To recruit and hire people for sales
and train them with the business strategy
Second stage: Be able to gain leads and convert them
Third stage: Implement and develop our services in the companies
Fourth stage: follow up the clients and get feedback in order to renew services
Fifth stage: Implement learning points and define new markets.

III. Scope Management Plan

a. Scope statement

Description of the service:

Develop pet friendly culture within our clients. The company is composed by 10
people and its main office is located in Barcelona, Spain.

The objective of this project will be to find 16 companies located in Barcelona


and sign them as our first clients, in order to gain market share. Our goal is to
sign agreements with them.

The agreements will consist in providing consultancy services to companies and


help them implement our services for at least 1 year.

At the end, the project objective will be to sign 16 agreements with a validity of
at least 1 year with companies located in Barcelona.

Project deliverables:

1. List of 50 potential clients based on the marketing research.

2. List of the 30 most adequate possible clients based on a filter of the list of
50 potential possible clients.

3. List of 30 possible clients ordered by importance

4. Schedule with meetings with the 30 possible clients.

5. Report with the basic information of the signed agreements and all annex
the contracts.

Deliverables acceptance criteria:


 Acceptance criteria for deliverable 1:
o Companies with no more than 5 years of existence.
o Located in Barcelona.
o Composed by more than 50 employees.
o Annual turnover of more than 100,000 euros.

o Dedicated to the manufacturing sector or related.
o Stress labor environment or poor quality of labor involvement.

o Companies must be order from the most profitable to the less
profitable.
