Project and Research Experience

Development of Thermo-Catalytic Technique for Gas Production from IIT Roorkee || ONGC
Hydrate bearing sediments Ongoing
Undergrad Researcher Dec. 2017 to Present
• Done a thorough review on hydrate dissociation techniques, along with formation processes.
• Compared the formation and dissociation behavior of gas hydrates in presence and absence of inhibitor.
• Analyzed the kinetic and equilibrium reaction models in the simulation of gas hydrate behavior in porous
media.
Influence of Inhibitors and Promotes on the Kinetics study of Gas Hydrate GHRTC, Panvel || ONGC
Experimental Study March’18
• Took an insight of Indian National Gas Hydrate Program.
• Determined the effect of different chemicals on the rate of formation and dissociation of methane hydrate.
• Constructed webinar presentation to outline the impact of inhibitors and promoter and introduced the
microwave and laser technology for dissociation of gas hydrate for the other research groups on the
project.
Automatic Irrigation System by Sensing Soil Moisture Content. Course: Instrumentation Design
Semester Project || Idea Presentation
• The developed a model of a distributed in-field sensor-based site-specific irrigation system offers the
potential to increase yield and quality while saving water.
• Presented the design and instrumentation of variable rate irrigation, wireless sensor network and software
for real-time in-field sensing and control of a site-specific linear-move irrigation system.
SEZ- Refinery Gasoline Stream Manager Program Development Reliance Industries || Jamnagar
Including Blending Operations
Summer Intern May to July, 2019
• Aim was to minimize the loss in terms opportunity cost in gasoline.
• Assist in supervising blending operation in Refinery and prepared an excel tool for better supervision.
• Observed the cases of quality give-away and found solutions to that.
Insight of Petroleum Refinery and Thermal Design of Equipment Engineers India || New Delhi
Vocational Trainee June to July,2017
• Took an insight of petroleum refinery and studied the heat exchangers design.
• Assigned to determine the heat gain or loss and the surface temperature of different refractories of insulated
combustion chambers/ fired heaters etc.
