Setting Market Contempt, it is ORDERED, Plaintiff seeks to enforce the Settlement
Value Agreement and Order of Court dated 02/27/1995 dealing with an
Ordinance restricting use, possession and transfer of firearms, As
part of that Settlement Agreement, the City agreed not to enforce
Ordinance 30 of 1994. the current Petition for Contempt is
rendered moot by this Court's October 29, 2019 Opinion and
Order of Court holding that the three Ordinances concerning
firearms passed by the City were preempted by the Pennsylvania
Uniform Firearms Act. Therefore, the Petition for Contempt is
dismissed. JAMES, J. notices sent.
