To answer your questions one-by-one:

1. What happens to our data if we decide to opt out of the program?

Your data will be deleted 15 days (for evaluation sites) or 60 days (for paid subscription sites) after
you have been unsubscribed due to missed payment for an Atlassian Cloud subscription. For more
information please check out our Data storage FAQ page.

2. Can we actively sync our Microsoft Exchange Directory with Confluence?

Confluence is our content collaboration tool used to help teams to share knowledge efficiently. Our
our-of-the-box solution does not have a native connector. However there is a 3rd party app on our
Marketplace that would enable you to connect Outlook calendar.

Please let me know if there is any specific functionality you are looking for so I can provide you with
a more tailored recommendations.

3. Can we interact with people outside the organization via this platform under strict privacy
controls?

For secure interaction all of the users have to be licensed under Confluence. you can organise all
your documentation and, thanks to granular permissions, grant access to users only to what they
need. You'll also be able to display all sort of content thanks to the rich text editor, the macros and
the attachment, and you'll be able to organize and re-organize this content easily.

Unlicensed users would be able to access Confluence only if you enable a public access. Keep in
mind that in this case any person who has a link to your Confluence website would be able to access
the data.

4. Can we bulk upload our old and existing data to the platform?

Yes, you can upload data into the Confluence. Please see our Import Content into Confluence page
for more details on how-to.

5. Is the platform truly unlimited?

With Confluence Cloud premium you do get unlimited storage, 99.9% uptime SLA and 24/7 premium
customer support. You can sees the features comparison on the premium and standard plans here.

6. Can you provide a focal person for us to contact for any further specific needs out firm
might have in the future?

Atlassian is a little different in our sales structure in that we actually do not have assigned account
representatives for each of our customers. With that said, we have global teams dedicated to helping
you with any billing, licensing or evaluator product questions that arise. For billing or licensing you
can email sales@atlassian.com and for any product related questions you can respond via this
request or open a new request by emailing presales@atlassian.com.

1. With respect to my earlier question about synchronization with Microsoft Exchange, what I
mean is that our company domain abc@engro.com<abc@engro.com > is hosted on
Microsoft exchange. So can we link this directly to Confluence so that users can be added and
removed when their domains are changed on our Microsoft directory?

Yes, it is possible. If you're already using Office 365, you should have already synced your users from
Active Directory or LDAP to Azure AD. In order to set up an integration between Microsoft AD and
Atlassian Cloud for user provisioning please see Atlassian Access, our Cloud Identity Management,
user provisioning, and security policy software.
To configure LDAP/AD with Atlassian Access, you would need to do so through a third party IDP
such as Azure AD. Please check: Configure user provisioning for Active Directory or LDAP.
If you need more information about Atlassian Access, please let me know and I will direct your
request to the appropriate team.

2. Secondly, with my question regarding bulk upload. The solution you described is I believe
related to individual documents. What I wanted to know was if that we can upload our data of
for example 2000 documents directly to the site rather than one by one?

Confluence out-of-the-box solution does not have an automation for the bulk upload. You can
prepare the files and upload them manually, or write a scrip that would do it for you. In this case I'd
recommend you to consider leveraging our Confluence API or using the 3rd party application (for
example Confluence Command Line Interface (CLI)).

3. If we decide to go ahead to acquire the software, will the Confluence team tailor the
software according to our needs and set up the initial data?

Atlassian prioritizes keeping licensing costs as low as possible for you by focusing on product
innovation. We actually delegate traditional consulting services to local certified Atlassian Solution
Partners. If you would like to develop a custom solution we also have an extensive network
of Atlassian Solution Partners who specialize in support in the preferable language, migrations,
integrations, training, hands-on configuration and custom development of our products. Please feel
free to browse our Solution Partner directory and reach out to one of our partners directly, or let me
know where your offices are located and we'd be happy to make an introduction to one of our
authorized Partners in your region.
