LESSON PLAN Subject: Math

Trainee Personal Goals

I am working on: make the students recognize to the four-time table multiplication by learning it in
an easy way.

My personal goal is trying to make each child in the classroom learn what the multiplication is mean
and how we can multiply using the number 4 by using object to support their learning quickly.

Lesson Focus:

The students should be able to multiply any numbers they see in the four times table.

The students should comprehend what is the multiplication mean

and distinguish with the other operations they will face later.

Lesson Outcomes

The students will be able to solve different questions about four times table multiplication they see it
using objects to support their learning.

The students have a small background about the multiplication.

Critical thinking :as the students were thinking and using problem-solving strategies in the activity.
For example, when the students were thinking what the solution for the problem equations and try
many times by using different objects to help them like "hint cards" that makes them active and
thinking to solve the problem and because there are a gift at the end.
communication and collaboration: as the students were thinking and work together to solve the
activity by sharing the questions together and there are who effective listing, cut the cards and who
the paste them then, discuss together and give chance to his classmate to work and engaging in
conversations to see the best answers and write them in the activity.

help them like small boards and cupcake activity to can count and skip counting by 4.

Middle level: the students will be given a puzzle about four times table so, they have to cut the paper
first then match the questions with the correct answer as a puzzle matching then, paste it on the
white paper.

High level: the students will be given a circle paper has on it different questions about four times
table so, with pairs, they will solve their questions then swap with their partner to check their
answers.
Differentiation activities (Stretch):

High and medium level: he students will be provided a worksheet contains the four times tables with
the answers but there are some numbers missing so, they will figure out what is the number is
missing in the table and fill it out.

Low level: the teacher will write some questions on the board about multiply by four with the
answers, but there one answer is wrong so, the students will discuss together as a group to find what
is the wrong answer and tell the teacher to edit it.

Reflection:

I think that the lesson was very good and I did as much as I can to provide to them the
lesson in an easy way to can get the idea and I achieve that and accomplished my
lesson outcome which is T=the students will be able to solve different questions about
four times table multiplication they see it using objects to support their learning. So, I
repeat the explanation to them many times because there are students with special
needs and low level. From my strong points, I see that I make a good differentiation
activity to the groups such as the low level I provide to them a big circle contain times
table four so, they have to move the arrow and stopped to solve their questions. I see
that they enjoyed when to do it and were discuss together to help their friends. The
other group I make different things it's suitable to them such as a puzzle or solves on
circle paper so that theses activity helps mee too much to make the students enjoy and
excited to do the activity. Also, they followed the rules because at the beginning of the
class I remind them to follow the instruction because you will take ClassDojo points. I
really proud of my self that I work very hard to reach useful information to my students
and theycan learn many things from me in a short period.
