To Whom it May Concern:

We would hereby bring to your notice that the water supply provided to our locality is insufficient for
carrying out our day-to-day activities. We are forced to have our water supply delivered to us at extra
cost and inconvenience. Our subdivision used to have a centralized line for the water supply with only
one meter for the whole locality but this proved to be ineffective with the current situation of some of
the homes.

We would kindly appeal to you to look into the above matter urgently and provide a new pipeline for
water supply, with individual water meters, per household.

Attached herein is the list of the households that are requesting for a new pipeline for the water supply.

We would be highly grateful to you for your positive response.
