We look forward to establish a cab service which enables people to get a cab wherever they go,
whenever they go, whatever be the quality of the car at any part of the country. We will provide them to
use our cab as their personal vehicle not like the common hired vehicles.

We will launch our business mainly in two tire and three tire cities of India where public transportation
is ever since a problem to address. The people who used to travel frequently in between cities like
business man, government officials, and corporate executives will be our major target customers.

Generally in a new place its quiet confusing and hectic to bargain with taxi drivers particularly when
we are in a hurry, language deference creates problems, unknown locality also makes problem for the
travelers. Such cab service is not available for people in our market which makes travel easier for people
in unknown locality.

Thus getting a cab service which promises ͞call at the time we welcome you at the city will obviously
become a blessing for the passengers where every seconds counts.c

To understand the growth trend and scope of the cab business lets understand the following data
representations regarding Indian Civil transport system͙

It shows the trend of growth in passengers͛ car segment in Indian .over the years it has been rising at a
fast rate.
Then it comes the multi use vehicle (MUV) segment. These segment include cars which operates both in
urban as well as rural India

The MUV segment also shows a tremendous growth rate in last few years. That means a large portion of
our population need cab service which are passengers friendly, low cost and available in time.

Share in the domestic passengers͛ vehicle also shows high growth rate. Even though the cab service in
metros like Mumbai, New Delhi, Calcutta, Chennai or Bangalore but the systems are not well organized.
In case of two tire and three tire cities there is hardly any well organized taxi service. The existing
services are scattered. Different cities have different cab services like Wing Radio Cab in Pune, Meru Taxi
service in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. But a taxi service which covers all the cities of the country is
absent. So looking at the profile of cab service scenario in India we find it a very feasible business
venture to start a cab service structure and develop it to a brand in future.

We have a long term plan to continue with our business and to utilize the knowledge we have
gathered. The knowledge about the relationship with the service providers of the business. Our
business will bring together a good number stack holders like the taxi service providers. The
permanent customers, the online service center workers and the investors.

The reason for which I think we plans are realistic are the idea developed from the problem
we face in our day to day life, whenever we land at any airport or at any train station in a new
city or town the first thing comes to our mind is the availability of a good taxi at reasonable
price which is reliable. The question arises whether the driver is reliable or not, whether he has
an authentic license. The problem aggravate where the language is unknown to us .

A cab service like ours will solve the problem to a greater extent. Now we are in very life style
and people have to travel from one part of the country to another for different purpose
frequently

We will act as a intermediary between the taxi service provider and the passenger which will
facilitate the smooth handling of the whole transaction, in the system the passenger are getting
value added service by paying reasonable registration fees and on other hand the scattered cab
service provider are getting passenger with minimum effort at a continuous basis

we will start our business at guwahati, and Kolkata for initial few years. Public taxi service in
this two cities are mostly unorganized. Specially at guwahati the language of north eastern
states are unknown for outsiders. Taxi meter installation is not compulsory at guwahati as well
as other part of the states. Kolkata is one of the busiest cit of the country which need swift and
reliable private transportation system.

marketing professional, private businessman. These people negotiate with price for better
service.
‰ Silver customer: This segment consists of private business man, government official, who
need to travel frequently for official purpose. They need moderate quality service for

needs reliability and swiftness for minimum price.

For initial few years we will depend on existing taxi service provider in the respective
cities who are doing business in scattered manner. we will make a contract with them
according to which they have to fulfill some regulation impose by us like compulsory
installation of taxi meters in the cabs, appointment of drivers having authentic license and
they will have to act according to the direction of our service centers for that they will get
one part of the registration fee what we get from the customers.

These are customers service centers we will install in different cities just like BPOs of
MNCs .These can be termed as service process outsourcing centers (SPO).These will be
fully computerized centers where agents will take call from the customers and will direct
the cab service according to the need of the customers. Some travel guides will be placed
in the centers who will provide value added services for new customers.

The regular customers will have to registrar with us online on our own website. Monthly
registration charge will have to be paid by credit card .They can pay monthly or yearly.
The yearly payers will get some discount. In return they will be provided indivisual unique
Id number. They will use these numbers for further contact.

The customers will have to inform the service centers at least 4 hours before they need
the cabs. Information will be passed to the drivers and guides. They will reach the
destination in time. The charge of cabs will be calculated in the meter installed in the
cabs. The par kilometer charge will be displayed in our own website. All information will
be on the public domain. The customers will have to pay the cabs the charge in hand at
the completion of the journey. The drivers will have ti inform the customers͛ service
centers at the end of the journey.
