- Understand shopping verbal expressions and use them on daily basis.
- Use music, sports, movie, and free time activities vocabulary in daily
conversations.
- Distinguish between the use of simple present and present continuous in
sentences.

II. Goals to achieve:

-Describe the way you are dressing or make clothing description from a
photo.
-Talk about how often you do things.
- Talk about free time activities and future plans.

We can also use the following expressions when we want to be more specific

Exercise 3

Talk about your favorite music, sports, and free time activities. Use
frequency adverbs. Use verbs in both simple present and present
progressive tense. Write at least 5 sentences for each.

Example: About Music: I usually hear Gospel Music. My favorite singers are Barak and Marcos
Witt. … About sports: I don´t do sport frequently. Some time ago I used to play volleyball every
week. I trained in a volleyball team ….. About free time activities: I just love to go to the movies
with my daughters. I go to the movies once a month….

About Music:

I usually like to listen to Laura Pausini's music. She has been my favorite singer in my life. Whenever I
listen to romantic music I get melancholic. Sometimes I think I'll never meet her in person, but I still
love her music. Seldon listen to another artist's music.

About Sports:

My favorite sport is football. I like it, every weekend, my friends and I play it. Usually when the
company's soccer team plays, we will support them. Together we watch football matches on television
when our teams play.

About free time activities:

About my activities, I love painting. I paint landscapes on the walls, on paper or canvases. Every week I
have a free and continuous time with my paintings. I like people to like my paintings. I hope one day I
can paint portraits.
