digital media, Schoology, and instructional apps to engage the students as she teaches.

Toni is very positive in the classroom. She offers sound criticism to students as they complete their assignments. She assesses
students in a variety of ways, so she can plan future lessons, and work with needier students in small groups if necessary. One example
of this, is that she has worked with the reading specialist to analyze student reading data to make instructional decisions.

Toni has improved immensely in this area. She uses weekly mini-progress reports to track behavior, classwork, and homework
completion. These reports are sent home to parents. She also tracks student progress from data obtained from DRA testing, and
teacher made assessments. She uses these data to see if the learning targets are reached and adjusts future instruction to meet the
students' needs.
