Experience
El Rancho High School - Current
Biology, Green Technology, and English Language Development teacher, Education Specialist (mild/moderate) and
case carrier for students grades 9-12. Inspire global citizenship by providing differentiated 21st century learning
environments for all. Providing grade level instruction, using Common Core State Standards, to guide lessons for
students with disabilities. Integrating technology to develop digital citizenship, global learning, and project based
activities. Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals based on student data, parent input, and team collaboration.

Green Dot Public Charter Schools - Animo Western Middle School - 2019
Middle school math teacher, core and foundations, 8th grade mild/moderate. Create engaging and informative lesson
plans based on Common Core Standards, IEP goals, and school adopted math curriculum. Case carrier duties
including scheduling IEPs, assessing and monitoring student progress, create and write IEP goals using AIMS web
assessments, CBM, and KTEA results. Collaboration with grade level, department, and SPED teams to gauge
student needs.

Baldwin Park Unified School District - ’06-2018


Instructional Aide of Specialized Health/Behavior aide – to provide support inside and out of the classroom (K-12)
for students with special needs while assisting the teacher and other support staff. Duties include but are not limited
to toileting (potty training, diapering, catheterization, etc.), medication administration (including epi-pen for severe
allergic reactions to prevent fatal shock), feeding tube, behavior modification, instruction of small group activities,
monitor students at playground and cafeteria, light clerical duties such as filing and photocopying as well as
correspondence with parents, specialists, administrators, and paraprofessionals. Log and maintain records of
important occurrences, services, and meetings.
