Planning must be made in accordance with several stages / procedures in order to work properly
and overcome existing problems. The stages of planning itself start from identifying problems,
analyzing problems, and then proceed with making and selecting strategies. Implementation of the
strategy is carried out after the chosen strategy is set. And it ends with a performance evaluation
of the implementation strategy by making a report.

Identifying problems is the first step that can be taken to find out what are the main causes in this
problem. The main cause of this problem is the lack of personnel in FRA control on the Site. After
successfully identifying the main causes, we can continue to analyze the main causes. In the
analysis of the main causes, it was found that the IR (Invoice Received) was received at the center
of the system, but there was no GR (Site Receipt) on the Site as well as AUC (Asset Under
Construction) needs to be clear.

If problem analyzing has been carried out, the making and selection of strategies can be executed

overcome this problem. With the subject matter in the form of questions; how much IR does the
FRA receive everyday? how many FRA personnel per IR are evaluated? is the system that
regulates the processes in IR and GR running smoothly on each Site? from this question we can
take an answer that can later be used as a solution or solving the problem at hand.

After the strategy is successfully created and selected, the implementation of the strategy can be
done to see whether the application of the strategy can reduce or eliminate the problems that occur.
For example, the purpose of this strategy made is to create more efficient system with branching
procedures with the aim that IR can be circulated / distributed properly and GR can be delivered
in accordance with the provisions. And if the personnel working on FRA are lacking, it is necessary
to increase the quota and empower other divisions to accelerate the evaluation of IR. At AUC, the
process for checking quality and the requirements needed to make AUC into Fixed Asset must be
done with full supervision and good controlled in order to reduce the problem.
If the implementation of the strategy has been carried out, reports must be made on the
performance that has been carried out on the basis of the implementation of the strategies that have
been made. The report was made to answer questions about how the performance of the system
that has been applied to eliminate problems in IR and GR on the Site? also how does the AUC
process work? and whether the problem of lack of personnel has been resolved? the performance
report can be an useful data in the decision making process and also can be a reference if similar
problems occur in the future.
