Dear Ms. Guerrero:

We have submitted a FOIA request for electronic copies of any and all regulatory actions taken within the last two years
regarding the ATM ferry terminal and associated parking lots in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. CORALations is a non-profit, coral
conservation organization and will used this information to educate the communities of Vieques and Culebra regarding
EPAs regulatory concerns for the area where the ferry terminal was constructed. We therefor request that all fees be
waved. We ask that the request be expedited as the information is important to include in the local public record of local
government plans now moving quickly through public hearing to be held on the 9th of October, 2019.

We have also requested expedition for the process due to pending meetings and public hearings being held by Puerto
Rico's Maritime Transportation Authority.
