Dear Sir,

Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) is a fully


owned Government of India Enterprise under the administrative control of
Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Govt. of India.

HUDCO would like to empanel Travel Agency, who can provide excellent
services for booking of Air tickets for our official requirement. The terms
and conditions for inviting Bid for empanelment are as follows:-

1. The firm should have an experience of at least three years.

2. Bid may be sent by post or deposited in Tender Box available at


reception in HUDCO Ahmedabad Regional Office.

3. Bid should be Submited in three sealed covers containing EMD,


Technical and Financial Bid and finally placed in one sealed cover
superscribing on top “Offer for Empanelment of Travel Agency
for Air ticket booking for HUDCO, Ahmedabad Regional Office”
with the name and full address of your organization should be sent
to:

Bid should be completed in all respects and should reach latest by


3.00 p.m. on or before 19.12.2019. Incomplete Bids received later than
the stipulated date and time shall be summarily rejected. HUDCO shall
not be responsible for postal delay. The technical bid (Annexure 1)
shall be opened on 19.12.2019 at 03.30 pm. The bid shall be first
assessed technically and the financial bid (Annexure 2) of only those
Bid which are technically qualified alongwith submission of EMD of
required amount of Rs.1000/- will be opened.

4. Bids should be completed in all respects and should fulfill all


requirements or else it is liable to be rejected without assigning
any reasons & any communication. In addition, the bidder will be
disqualified, if at any point it is found that information provided
by bidder is incorrect. The decision of Regional Chief, HUDCO shall
be final in this respect.
5. All taxes and levies should be clearly mentioned. No extra cost will be
paid, if any.

6. Bidder, before submitting Bids, should clearly understand HUDCO’s


requirement. It may be noted that in case, any information/clarification
is required, he/she may visit HUDCO office during working days
(Monday to Friday between 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

7. The bidder should be ready to provide its services beyond office


hours also.

8. Agency should have its office in the Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

9. HUDCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the Bids without
assigning any reason.

10. The period of contract shall be for one year from the date of acceptance
of terms and conditions and execution of contract agreement with an
option of extension for one more year which will be decided by HUDCO
at the end of first year.

11. Any modification in the offer after the opening date will not be
considered.

12. EMD OF Rs. 1000/- in the form of DD should be drawn in favour of


HUDCO, payable at Ahmedabad.

13. In case of bidders who are registered with MSME, no EMD shall be
payable and any other relaxations, as may be announced by the Govt.
from time to time, shall be applicable to them subject to full compliance
of other terms and conditions of the tender and contract. The bidder
will have to submit the copy of registration (with MSME),
certificate/document along with Technical Bid.

14. EMD of successful bidder shall be retained as Security Deposit and


shall be refunded after completion of contract period.

15. Agency whose services were terminated by HUDCO, Ahmedabad


Regional Office are not eligible for submission of bids for empanelment.

16. All matters of dispute arising out of this shall be subject to courts of
Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.

17. In case of tie in service charges amount quoted, the agency having more
years of experience shall be considered for empanelment.
