Barili, Cebu, have agreed and covenanted to CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto
PETRONILA JAKOSALEM, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Pangpang, Barili, Cebu, her
heirs and assigns the full ownership and possession a parcel of land, more particularly
described as follows:

“Located at Pangpang, Barili, Cebu with Lot No. 6420-K and

having a total area of 3,442 square meters”

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, I waived and
renounced, as by these presents I hereby WAIVE and RENOUNCE my share, right and
participation over the above-described properties.
