Application form, complete in all respect, must be accompanied by the following:
Four 1.5” x 1.5” size Photographs of the candidate duly attested by the Principal/Headmaster.
Crossed Bank Draft for National Bank of Pakistan, Mirpur Village (Public School) branch, Abbottabad Code # 1470 for
Rs. 3000/- (Non-refundable) as Registration fee in the Name of PRINCIPAL, ABBOTTABAD PUBLIC SCHOOL.
Please note that no documents are required to be attached at this stage (except 4 photographs and Bank DD of Rs.3000/-)

Incomplete applications or applications of Overage/ Underage or those unaccompanied by required bank draft or
photographs shall not be entertained.
