GENERAL COMMENTS

1. Layout showing the location to be shown in the existing beam & slab layout given by KMRL.
2. Existing beam and slab sufficiency check should be analysed and report should be submitted.
3. Anchorage to existing slab/beam should be using Hilti bars or equivalent. Necessary calculations
for the depth of anchorage to be submitted.

STAAD MODEL

1. The wind load should be calculated considering the height of the building.
2. The member sections provided are insufficient and should be redesigned.

DESIGN REPORT

1. Base Plate: Calculation data of LIMCON including anchorage length of the bolt not matching with
the drawing.

DRAWING

1. Hilti bars not shown in the drawing.

2. The member shown in the drawing does not match with STAAD model.
