business where a flight take off or landing longer than
the scheduled time/longer than its supposed to, it can
be caused by multiple reasons, it can be from internal or
external”

the first causes of flight delay are from external reasons
some of its are:
-air traffic jam/congestion at airport for plane to land or
take off
-bad weather or inclement weather
-natural disaster
-ATC instructions
-problems at airport”

The second causes are from internal and some of its are:
-passenger loading to plane
-waiting for cargo
-longer maintenances
-waiting for crew
-Mismanagement between the crews
Sixth slide:
“the consequences by these delays are quite vary like:
-losing some trusts by the passenger/customer
-loss of time
-more cost by the airline
-putting a shame to the airline
-congestion whether its from airplane wanting to park
on apron or passenger waiting for a long time at
boarding lounge
Seventh slide:
“now we’re about to discuss the solution that can be
solve by both parties, the first are from passenger,
passenger can avoid this phenomena by:
-pick the right airline of choice
-buy holiday tickets at low peak seasons to avoid high
air traffic
-when the delay is too long, ask the airline staff to give a
compensation to make up for the loss time
Eighth slide:
“for the airline the way they can prevent this sticky
situation are:
-giving a compenstation to passenger who involve in the
delays
-shortening the time maintenance process at apron
-tighten the quality of airline staff
-be prepared at high peak seasons
Ninth slide:
“in conclusion, flifgt delays is a situation where both
parties must endure during the process, flight delays
will still remain the part of this business and it cannot be
erase but what we can do is trying minimize those
delays for not to appear often and it can be minimize by
both parties if they try it
