An act for the purpose of allowing all Filipino citizens to understand legal
documents, procedures, etc.
All legal documents are required to have a version in the Filipino language
including all other language and dialect found in the Philippines.
In cases of region-specific documents and/or procedures, there must be a version
of documents in the specific dialect/language that is used in the area.
For procedures (such as court hearings), there must be an option for the hearing
to be in the dialect/language that all participants agree with. There will be a
separate secretary in charge to the translate the entire exchange in English.
