Segment Joyoboyo Street Sub-District Gurah – Soekarno Hatta Street Sub-District Kayen Kidul is a collector road which has an important role in regional and national economic development. To ease the traffic flow, the construction of Segment Joyoboyo Street Sub- District Gurah – Soekarno Hatta Street Sub-District Kayen Kidul (STA 0+000 – STA. 5+000) must be improved. The objective of the final project is to determine the depth of flexible pavement, make cost estimate and schedule. 1.2 Statement of Problem 1. How much damage value of the pavement in existing condition ? 2. How much Overlay needed ? 3. How implementation method to do ? 4. How much cost and time needed ? 1.3 Scope and Limitation of the Study 1. Redesign pavement use Bina Marga method. 2. Scope and limitation only Overlay 3.
