OPERATION
Prodak yang kami jual pada umumnya adalah jaket, kemeja, celana dan sepatu. Prodak yang kami jual
berasal dari dua sumber yaitu hasil hunting dan hasil titip jual. Berikut merupakan operasi penjualan
prodak dari starthrift :
The products we sell are generally jackets, shirts, pants and shoes. We get our product from hunting and
consignment. This are bussiness operation from Starthrift
Hunting Product
Kami melakukan hunting prodak di 2 tempat yang berbeda yaitu jl. Jatayu, kebayoran baru, jakarta
selatan dan Pasar Senen, Jakarta Pusat. Berikut merupakan hasil hunting kami :
Total barang yang kami cari yaitu 18 dengan rincian 11 jacket, 3 shirt, 2 leather jacket, 1 hoodie and 1
skirt. Sedangkan jumlah barang yang terjual yaitu 16 item.
The total items we get from hunting are 18 consists of 11 jackets, 3 shirts, 2 leather jackets, 1 hoodie and
1 skirt. While the number of items sold is 16 items.
Consignment
Setelah sebelumnya kami melakukan publikasi melalui media sosial bahwa temen-teman bisa menitipkan
barangnya pada saat eksibisi, maka di dapatkan beberapa barang yang dititipkan untuk dijual melalui
starthrift. Barang yang sudah diberikan kepada kami selanjutnya dilakukan quality check kembali untuk
memastikan barang tersebut dalam kondisi layak dan baik. Berikut merupakan rincian barang yang di
titipkan kepada kami:

exhibition, we get some items that are entrusted to be sold through starthrift. We then do a quality check

Dari 17 barang yang dititipkan kepada kami dan 11 barang yang diterima dan dapat di jual pada saat
exhibition, jumlah barang yang terjual adalah 1 item

Exhibition preparation
Exhibition dilaksanakan pada 5 Desmber 2019 di selasar GOR universitas Pertamina. Persiapan yang
kami lakukan dalam menghadapi exibithion tersebut yaitu menyiapkan perlengkapan tambahan seperti
gantungan baju, hanger, price tag, packaging, sticker dll.
Beberapa barang kami pinjam kepada member kami, seperti gantungan baju, sebagian hanger, taplak
meja, lapu tumbler dan kabel roll. Untuk packaging (paper bag), sticker dan sebagian hanger kami beli.
Sedangkan price tag kami buat sendiri.

1. Lack of Resource
It’s hard to thrift because we do not have a fixed supplier for our product
2. Lack of Time
As a full-time student, we do not have time to keep up with our social media account and update
about our product and promotion. Plus, we do not have enough time to prepare all the things for
the exhibition but eventually we managed to do it.
3. Getting a Customer
Since this is a pre-loved product, it’s challenging to convince customers about our product in term
of quality.
