Job Description :

Repair and maintain the Diesel Engines :

 Remove, inspect, replace and install Engine units cylinder heads, pistons, piston
rings, liner, fuel pumps, engine blocks, Bearings, crank shaft, cam shaft, timing gear,
turbo charger.

 Diagnose engine mechanical problem, fuel system problem, cooling system problem,
Ignition system problem.

 Calibration of piston rings, liner measurements and bearing clearances, deflection

readings

 Repair and replace of damage and warned parts.

 Follow check list to ensure all important parts are examined.

 Disassembles unit inspects parts for wear using micrometer, calipers and thickness
gauges.

Speciailized in repairing/Overhauling/maintenance of units like B&W Man, Sulzer, Wartsila,

Mitsubishi, Mak etc.

Overhaul and maintain the Turbine Engine :

 Remove, inspect and replacement of turbine upper casing cover, Gear Box, Main
steam inlet valve, steam inlet nozzle, Bearings, Rotor, fixed diaphrams, control valve,
flexible coupling.

 Crack checking (Die check) of inlet nozzle, bearings and flexible coupling, Main
steam inlet valve.

 Replacement of damaged diaphrams (fixed blade)
