Today, many people have the mindset that to be successful person are study hard, and learn
from mistakes. In contrary, to be a successful person is not only applicable for those
requirements but having good look also can make someone successful. ? I agree with this idea
because it has influenced many people nowadays. How does having a good look can make
someone successful? Are there any advantages having a good look? Being a good look can make
us look intelligent, better adapted to modern life and more confidence with ourselves.

Firstly, being a good look can make us look intelligent. In an Australian study, the
researcher found photographs of young adults that their faces were perfectly symmetrical. In
other words, the perfectly symmetrical shows that it is positively linked with intelligence. In
general, the symmetric version for both male and female received higher score of intelligence
compared to normal people. Therefore, being a good look has pushed successful people to
where they are today.

Secondly, good look is not only making us intelligent but can also help us to adapt with
modern life. It is because good looking people are rated as being more attractive. Many
companies think that they can bring more money to their companies. According to a 2012
paper published by the Middle Tennessee State University found that beauty has a “significant
effect” on individuals’ earning potential. It is because good look can attract more investors to
invest in their company. So, having a good look can help us to adapt with modern life.

Lastly, we can be more confident because of our look. Good look can boost up our
confidence and ignore others saying about us as we are proud of our look. Because of that, we
can focus on our work. Plus, our work will turn out to be much better than others because we are
confident with it. Thus, good look can help us to boost up our confidence in order to be success.

After considering the reasons of being good look can lead to succeed, we should assume that
having a good look is an extra option to become successful. I would say that there are many
factors that might influence to be successful and one of those factors are good look where it can
make us look intelligent, better adapted to modern life and also be more confidence with
ourselves.
