Greetings from Promokap IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.,

Dear Amit Prasad Biswal,

Based on our recent discussion with you, we are pleased to extend an offer to join Promokap It
Solutions Pvt. Ltd., as an Associate Software Engineer. This letter officially confirms the
offered terms of employment with Organization.

This offer is contingent on you commencing employment with Organization on 15th January,
2015. By accepting this offer, you expressly agree that you will join on such date, unless
otherwise agreed to in writing by Organization. You will be paid a consolidated salary of
Rs. 2,10,000/- subject to tax deduction at source. Details of the Reference Salary are in the
attached Salary break-up annexure. No claim for further benefits such as reemployment,
Medical benefits etc shall be entertained.

At the time of joining, we request you to submit the following documents:

 Photocopy of Birth Certificate, S.S.C. Certificate.


 Photocopy of all the Marksheets / Consolidated Marksheets.
 Photocopy of Degree & Post Graduate Degree certificate.
 Previous employment relieving & experience letter (if applicable)
 Certificate of last drawn salary, salary slip(if applicable)
 PAN card and three passport size photographs.
 Proof of Current and Permanent Address.
 Photocopy of a Four wheeler driving license (if available)
After Confirmation, either side may terminate your services by giving one (1) Month’s notice in
writing or payment of salary in lieu thereof. The Company may immediately terminate your
service without any compensation or notice thereof if you are in moral breach of your
responsibilities.

This offer is subject to employer reference checks, which may be done at a suitable time deemed
by the employer; Either Consultant/company may terminate this contract during the period of
its operation, by giving one (1) month’s notice in writing or payment of one-month salary in lieu
thereof.

In the event of failure on the part of the consultant to issue a notice of termination the company
shall be entitled to hold the consultant liable for the payment of penalty of one month’s salary in
lieu thereof. Regardless of contract duration specified in the agreement or any renewal period
in effect the company may terminate the Consultants services without any compensation or
notice thereof or cause such as moral breach or responsibilities.

Any time during the term of employment if any of your claims/credentials are found to be false
the employer is entitled to terminate your services with our any compensation or notice thereof.

Absence for a continuous period of eight days without prior approval of your superior
(including overstay of leave/training), would be deemed to be abandonment of employment by
you and your service with the company shall automatically come to an end without any notice
or intimation.

You will automatically retire on attaining the age of 58 yrs. An extension may however be
given at the discretion of the management. You may be retire earlier if found medically unfit.

You will be governed by the rules and regulations laid down in the employee hand book,
security policy and any other policy/regulation as enforced, amended or altered from time to
time during the course of your employment.

You further agree that you shall perform your duties with diligence, devotion and discretion
and the company may hold you liable for gross negligence. While in the employment of the
company, you are in no way allowed to be employed by any other company on a temporary or
part time basis or offer your service with or without pay to any physical person, legal entity or
public authority or to be occupied in your business without the prior consent of the company
you will comply with all orders and directions given to you by the company and faithfully
observe all the rules, regulations and arrangements applicable to you.
I hereby represent and warrant that as of my effective start date of employment with Promokap
It Solutions Pvt. Ltd.,, I will have: (a) terminated my employment with any current/previous
employer and any other employment or contractor relationships; and (b) satisfactorily
performed and completed all my obligations which apply/applied to me via-a-vis any
current/previous employer and any other employment or contractor relationships.

I hereby represent and warrant that I have not, during the course of any current/previous
employer and any other employment or contractor relationships, entered into or agreed to any
arrangement which may restrict, prohibit or debar or conflict or be inconsistent with my
acceptance of the offer made by Promokap It Solutions Pvt. Ltd., or employment with Promokap
It Solutions Pvt. Ltd., including, but not limited to, any time-bound non-compete agreement,
restrictive employment agreement or other restrictive terms.

I hereby represent and warrant that I have not and will not inappropriately disclose or misuse
any confidential information obtained from and/or in connection with any current/previous
employer and any other employment or contractor relationships.

On the date of reporting for duty, you are requested to bring all documents as requires which
are mentioned in your offer letter.

Kindly sign and return a copy of this letter duly counter signed by you in acceptance of the
terms and condition set out herein.
